The Dark Knight undoubtedly is the most critically and financially successful superhero movie released to date, and is new status quo which other comic book films are judged by. The plot of the film follows Bruce Wayne/Batman (Christian Bale), District Attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), Assistant D.A. Rachel Dawes (Maggie Gyllenhaal) and Police Commissioner James Gordon (Gary Oldman) during their struggles in combating the newest Gotham City threat of a criminal who goes simply by the name of the "Joker" (Heath Ledger).

With DC's 75th Anniversary Celebration currently underway, it was only a matter of time before The Dark Knight was included in the mix of comics and collectible exclusives. If you purchase a digital copy of the film at one of the below venues, you will receive 31 minutes of bonus content that has never been released to the public. Eh. Wish it were thirty-one minutes of bonus footage from Burton's Batman. Then it would be worth it.

son of a b#@%^! why didn't they just put it on the DVD and Blu-ray? unless this counts toward getting TDk to beat Titanic I say they suck.
on the other hand, it's freakin 31 more minutes of TDK! how can i not be excited. maybe they'll release an extended edition.

hey this is a rip-off, none of this is new, its all stuff from the blu-ray, but they just have re-edited images over it, the blu-ray has all these little mini making of's. and there not even that informative or great anyway.
