The new Captain America Civil War trailer was released this week and created a huge buzz with AWESOME new scenes. Marvel gave us our first look at Spider-Man and more footage of Team Cap VS. Team Iron Man and more of the character I've been dying to see in his bad ass, sleek, tribal, African Panther suit...my man, the King, The Black Panther!
There were many potential Spoilers and Easter Eggs pointed out in the new trailer. Here's one that I heard a few people talk about but did not go into full detail, so let's explore this one a little deeper. During the trailer General Ross is pointing out to Steve Rogers all of the casualties and the destruction that occurred under the Avengers watch. A video plays of what appears to be maybe a U.N.. Building exploding and in the mist of the smoke, fire, and rubble you see T'Challa (played by Chadwick Boseman) crying with blood on him. The scene is smoky and very quick, but the way that it's cropped looks a little odd, like Marvel Studios didn't want to reveal too much. Now some youtube bloggers believe that T'Challa was hurting during this scene and that's why he's upset, but I don't believe the blood on him is his own.
If you look closely at the scene you can see he's crying over someone's body, as if he's cradling someone, and I believe I know who that someone is...his father, King T'Chaka.
This would explain T'Challa's Warpath and why he decided to join team Iron Man in an agreement that Superheroes need supervision. Now whether he believes the Winter Soldier was behind the explosion, or maybe it was Cap trying to take down Crossbone, or what if it was Ulysses Klaw played by Andy Serkis making a surprise appearance, that would be AWESOME! Either way the Black Panther wants some Damn answers or somebody is in trouble!
An old rumor has it that the Black Panther believes that Bucky did it. Kevin Feige said that T'Challa and his dad would step out of the comfort zone of Wakanda for a meeting about maybe some vibranium or to meet with other Nations or something of that nature. This is where this scene takes place. Another rumor has it that T'Challa's mom will be in the movie also, and maybe that she is the one that got hurt, and they are saving the death of T'Chaka for the BP's solo movie. Or maybe I'm wrong completely...Yeah like that could happen.LOL! Just kidding! I truly believe King T'Chaka dies in that scene and T'Challa is very upset! He kicks some ass during this movie but doesn't get crowned King until the BP's solo movie, that's why they keep calling him Prince T'Challa during the whole Civil War movie. It will show Wakanda in T'Challa's crowning ritual in his solo movie and by then he will on the hunt for the true killer of his father! Thank you for reading! Show some love and leave a comment! Peace! Gab!
