"At some point we all have to choose between what the world wants you to be and who you are."

We got wind of this early this morning, and Marvel Studios has now shared the final trailer for Black Widow - which is indeed sticking with its original release date despite rumors to the contrary.

The trailer contains plenty of new footage, and while it doesn't really expand too much on what we already know about the plot, we do get to see a lot more of Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) in action alongside members of her "family," Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), Melina Vostokoff (Rachel Weisz) and Alexei Shostakov (David Harbour). There's also some cool new shots of Taskmaster, who we learn is in control of the Red Room assassins.

Speaking of Taskmaster, the new poster gives us a first look at O.T. Fagbenle's character "Rick Mason," who many believe will turn out to be the masked villain.

Check out the trailer below along with the new poster, and let us know what you think in the usual place.

"In Marvel Studios’ action-packed spy thriller “Black Widow,” Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger. Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow, Florence Pugh stars as Yelena, David Harbour portrays Alexei/The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz is Melina. Directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige, “Black Widow”—the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe—hits U.S. theaters on May 1, 2020." --Marvel Studios."

Black Widow also stars William Hurt, Ray Winstone and Olivier Richters. The movie hits theaters on May 1st.

@KingPatel - Best thing about this being a spy movie? This is the 24th MCU movie. Bond 25 (currently the longest running franchise) has been moved to November due to coronavirus. That means this is the movie that catches up to it. And if we count Venom, it's actually the one that surpasses it.
And it's a spy movie.

Is the community more excited for Black Widow or WW84?

No flame war! Just curious as I always thought the BW film since the beginning of its marketing and synopsis was more interesting than WW84. I am going to see BOTH on opening day though!

@mastakilla39 - In my opinion, the only interesting element about WW84 is Chris Pine and the golden armour. The villain, the CG and the 80s time period seem uninspired. As for Black Widow, the only point I saw being brought up is that black widow won't die, cuz prequel, same can be said for WW84 tho.
.
Honestly more excited for BW in my opinion, would like hearing what you all think.

Taskmaster looks like a freaking badass! And that Red Room fight with the other Black Widows got me extremely excited for this movie. Gonna have to go see this bish on IMAX.

Also, if Florence Pugh does survive this movie, she better come back for whatever Young Avengers adaptation Marvel Studios has in mind.
