The problem with fanboys

My opinion on a growing problem online, and how to end it.

Hi everybody. So I don't normally write articles but today I feel like I have to. Why because I've seen things. I should explain. We all like comic books. I mean you are on comicbookmovie.com.  So we all like comics, but there is a darkside to fans. It's called the fanboy. My definition of a fanboy:

Someone, who at one time was just a fan, but has no become so consumed by his love of something that he constantly talks about his fandom and bashes any one who  disagrees with him.

You know that guy. You've met him, you may be him. That guy is way  to common these days. I guess it was bound to happen. I mean, with all the similarities between BVS and civil war. The point is I've seen people like this way to often. On this site, on others, on youtube. Speaking of youtube, this guy. I can't describe him, I really can't, just, watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_vx7gMxHLI

That is Andre, better known as future xm dc comics zone. He is why I made this aricle. Don't be this guy commenters. Don't hate on anything that isn't a Zack Snyder movie. Don't report commentors with a different opinion than you. Don't insult a dc fan if you like marvel, or vice versa. Be a good person. Don't be a hater. Also, to all those fanboys that say if you like dc and marvel your not a real fan, your not the real fan, your the guy who makes the real fans look bad.

Nothing better than seeing a fan boy write an article to complain about fan boys.

You seem biased towards Marvel, defending Snyder and DC.

Best way to handle fan boys and trolls is to ignore them. Who cares what anybody else thinks, they don't whipe my ass.

I don't really see any similarities between the two movies. So heroes fight each other? Nothing new. The first Avengers had more of this than BvS did. Thor vs Ironman, Thor vs Hulk. Then Age of Ultron gave us Ironman vs Hulk. Makes no sense to me. Guess these blind fanboys have nothing better to do.

@WYLEEJAY - Villain plants evidence for hero to find to turn against fellow hero following public backlash regarding vigilantism. Mysterious monarch publicly dons ancient warrior mantle throughout film and secretly follows heroes to location of final villain. Villain tricks public into thinking a mentally unstable man committed an act of terrorism by detonating a bomb, killing multiple politicians. Villain is imprisoned by movie's end.

Can you tell me which movie I described? No?

@PietroJaximoff - Civil War.

@MileHighRonin - I also would have accepted "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice"

@PietroJaximoff - well since you put it like that, you must have seen a different cut of BvS than me. Cause the one I watched, Wonder Woman didn't suit up till the end. Lol

I liked both films quite a bit, but I definitely liked Civil War more. I'm mostly referring to the idea of heroes vs heroes. Hopefully Justice League gives us something different.

@WYLEEJAY - I should have left out the word "thoughout"
Regardless, there are a boatload of similarities. Some I would even say BvS did better. But I still liked Civil War more and I know it's a better film overall.

Also, totally agree with the Justice League comment. Part of me hopes Snyder finds a Justice League event series or graphic novel that fits in the DCEU continuity so he can copy and paste it. That's the only reason I'd have any faith in him and the film at this point.

@PietroJaximoff - yeah I was kidding about that. Your right there are quite a few story beats. But the movies themselves were so different it didn't bother me. I really enoyed BvS because of this, and I didn't like Man of Steel. But this was a good follow up film.

@WYLEEJAY - It didn't detract from the film for me at all, much like The Force Awakens and A New Hope comparisons. I'm not as bothered by it all, but I do recognize it.

BvS definitely was entertaining. I even kind of like it, but I understand it is a heavily flawed film. In regards to it being a follow-up film, I feel like it succeeded quite well. If nothing else, there was solid continuity between the two films and it's created itself a good foundation to build upon. I would have left out a few choice scenes from BvS to supply its successors with more reasonable character development and backstory, but continuity and foundation worked pretty well overall.

@PietroJaximoff - Did Zemo use an alien body? Did Zemo have billions of dollars to pull it off? Did Cap and Iron man team up at the end like Bat and supes?

@MileHighRonin - Did I say everything was the same? Are you getting worked up over nothing? Is cheese purple?

And lets all sing Kumbaya and hold hands too! It's ok to trash people who have different opinions, especially if they're dumb opinions!
