Halle Berry appeared on Live with Regis & Kelly today and talked about the Catwoman movie. Here's the transcript:

Regis: Do you workout with weights? Do you go to the gym, or on a physical routine of some kind?

Halle: I'm on a strict routine for this movie, and as soon as we wrap on this movie, I will be off of it. I cannot live like this. Nobody should live like this! (Laughs)

Regis: But boy oh boy, you look great. And how was it working in that costume? It looks a little flimsy, a little loose, a little provacative?

Halle: It's tough. Things fall out, a lot. (Laughs)

Regis: And the heels? How can you walk around in those big heels?

Halle: Yeah, I really don't walk around...I have to fight in like, four inch heels. And we're doing this style of martial arts that's Brazilian, so it's all low to the ground, very influenced by gymnastics.

Regis: Crouching like a cat, it would seem?

Halle: Yeah, so that's challenging.

Regis: And you work with a whip, right?

Halle: Oh, I'm real good...I'm wicked with the whip. This one's like eight feet long, and when you get that first crack..oh!
