Perhaps the "Breakwall" is response to the Pink Floyd "Wall" album? lol

Congrats to DC for failing in there goal of making the there universe more accessible for new readers because they've failed, I' a new reader but sorry the books do not feel accessible, In Swamp Thing Superman mentions the fact that he's died, so that means Doomsday still happened but he's not married. So keep it up DC.

@Hellsing well, that's DiDio's, Geoff's and Lee's DC New Coke for you...

I still say Flashpoint 5 left a "things will be back to normal soon" taste...

why does their future technology fail of all a sudden, just wondering?

dc reboot should be re-named "crisis of the infinite f*ck ups."

don't worry it'll have another reboot where it all goes back to normal.

Didn't DC say there was gonna be no more time travel in the DCNU?

Here's what I think...

As stated in The Flash: Rebirth, the speed force is a kinetic force dimension that runs between reality and the time stream generated when Barry runs...speedsters can tap into its energy to move faster and also allow some speedsters to time travel...

I recon the Flashpoint Breakwall is gonna be the Speed Force...

Although DC have said the DCNU will and can never be undone because time travel is now impossible...they have clearly created loop holes to this with wonder womans little speech about reality being brittle...and this enigmatic force that helped Barry create the new DCNU...

The "Flashpoint Breakwall" sounds like it was weak in the beginning so they had time to break through it and go back in time but now it's stronger and time travel will be very unlikely.

@froggy sure sales are up. It's a bunch of #1s. Reviews are not very good.

@Witty so, in 5 years Supes showed up, died and came back? Of he's only around for less than 5 years his death loses a bit of impact. This timeline is fractured from the get go.

If you remember soon after Crisis on Infinite Earths, there was a Legion story which hinted time travel was no longer possible. Then.. suddenly it was.

No difference.

But it could be a back door if DC decides that the New 52 is as bad as it appears and wants to reset the universe (Again!).

@froggy cool you're liking it. I think everything sounds kinda juvenile. Trying to hard to seem cool.

But, I'm not upset. Just saying, it's the vibe I got. If they continue in this direction, I'll just stop reading and spend my money in something else.

No biggie ;)

oh, sorry: also "been there, done that" vibe.

Like, animal Man was cool, but didn't Morrison do the same thing or similar?

@Hammersolo did I say it's not going to work? I'm just saying, you can't say sales are up when you got a bunch of #1s being hyped up the wazoo.

Everything I see looks 90-ish and I have a "been there, done that" feeling with most comics.

I liked Action Comics more than I thought I would. Animal Man is cool, but, didn't it happen before?

But, it's cool that you take my opinions on the DCnU so personal...

It's cool dude. It's just the way I felt about the New 52. No saying if I won't change my mind in the future...
