I know it's sloppy in some areas, but here is a look at what I put together for a possible imagining of MCU's Illuminati should they decide to go in this direction:
Vision and Hulk are obvious inclusions for the characters Marvel have the rights to. I think Vision fits well as a super-intelligent being who would be interested in finding solutions for possible earth-shattering problems. Banner may not be a great fit, but having the Hulk on your side is never a bad idea when putting together a team on this scale. Perhaps Thor would be a better fit since he is royalty and has ancient knowledge. This could all be ammended to include the original characters (minus Professor X) if Fox decides to sell the Fantastic Four rights back to Marvel, but until then we will have to go on without a couple key characters.
