Essentials Elements for Avengers Infinity War
Avengers Infinity War Parts 1 and 2 will be an accumulation of nearly 20 Marvel Studio films. An apex of this magnitude has essential elements that need to occur to make it work. Here are my top 5.

1.Thanos Assembles the Gauntlet.
In a campaign across the universe Thanos acquires each Infinity Stone. Like a blitzkrieg, he and his Black Order sweep through conflict after conflict with the heroes and other Marvel characters, gathering each stone. By the end of Part 1 Thanos stands all-powerful and victorious.

2.Half of the Universe Dies
This would include the heroes we've seen so far. At the end of Part 1, after Thanos has obtained the Infinity Gauntlet, he makes his tribute to Death, and wipes out half of all living beings. This needs to be a terrifying moment for the viewing audience. Some of our favorite characters should be shown having their lives snuffed out instantly. Half is a big part of the connection we have to the MCU, and that amount of loss at the end of Part 1 would make the impending struggle that much more difficult. This also leaves some exciting questions leading into Part 2. Which heroes are left? What state is the population of Earth in? What do the remaining non-Thanos related Villains do with the opportunity?

3. Cosmic Entities Have Taken Notice
Part 2 begins by looking at what Thanos has done. The Watcher, Chaos and Order, The Elders of the Universe, and other Cosmic beings are shown conversing about what to do next. To act or not act. To confront or not confront. They are unsure, and most of all they are very very concerned.

4. A Different/New Team
Those who are left take paths to eventually unite to form a team to stop Thanos. This should be a mix of heroes and perhaps a villian or two from the movies and TV. Leave this to your imagination. There may also be moments on Earth where heroes have stayed behind to protect the population that is left, and this plays out on one or all of the Marvel TV series.

5.Thors Hammer/Avengers Assemble
After a beating at the hands of Thanos and his Black Order, a twist of the story allows the heroes to obtain the Infinity Gauntlet and begin the final battle. The key moment that starts it all is Captain America lifting Thor's hammer and proclaiming in front of a resurrected expanded Avengers roster “Avengers Assemble!”. This battle should be epic. A scale unseen in any previous film. The Russos will need to bring back their guest directors from Civil War for this ultimate Marvel Studios finale.

In response to number two, the way they've been portraying Black Widow in the last few films just kind of makes me feel like she might just die in one of the Infinity War movies. Like at the end of SOY, when her and Rogers were seen at the end with the sliding door closing behind them, it felt like a memorial, or something.

Goof article and YES for Cosmic Entities! i suspect there wont be no black order, because Thanos said "Fine. I'll do it myself" whilst putting on the gauntlet. I also kind of hope that he doesnt have a series of minions in infinity war that fight for him. Thanos needs to let loose.

@Ace101 - Hoping you meant good article. :-) I agree Thanos should be powerful, omnipotent with the gauntlet, but don't you think it would be too much for him to stand by himself toe-to-toe against the Avengers without the gauntlet. Seems like he wouldn't need the gauntlet at all then.

@Nix - it wasnt good bro it was goof. Pretty sure goof is a thing right between good and pretty good. No?

To fight the heroes he wont need it. But he will need it to wipe out half the universe and impress death and take on the cosmic entities.
