Is Marvel Making Better Use of DC's Discarded Actors?

DC, or the CW network, discards actors and Marvel seems to pick them up and put them to better use - should they be worried?

I definitely think so.

Marvel used a former Smallville actress, Elena Satine, to play Lorelai, and she was pretty kickass next to Lady Sif.

They've used Wonder Woman's Adrian Palicki as Mockingbird, and unless they dumb her down like they did with Maria Hill I have high hopes for this character.

Now that Arrow has killed of Caity Lotz is it too much to ask for her to be Jessica Jones? Please Disney/Marvel.

As a bonus, since they are still looking for people to play Dr. Strange, Marvel should take a look at Tom Welling. Now that he's in his late 30's he has this mature salt & pepper thing going on. Just an idea, but it can happen...

Anyway, should DC be worried? Probably not, but then again, these people are talented and underused, and the Mouse House seems to notice.

Terrible editorial that is not only poorly written, but also suggests Tom 'Wooden' Welling for the role of Doctor Strange?? Insanity.

My ass is a better actor than Tom Welling. At least when I fart people believe it's not me. Tom Welling is just a lucky guy that stuck his d in the right studio execs v (or a, I don't know how he swings), and they put him on a bottom feeding network, playing a bastardized version of the worlds most iconic super hero.

I'd like to make good use of Adrian Palicki.

....I'm going to pretend that comment was a dead giveaway that this article is a modern example of Andy Kaufman humor.

And we shall never speak of this again.

Normally I will tear into articles like this but I feel like everyone else is already doing that.

As others have said, the door swings both ways as DC has been putting several Marvel actors to good use as well. We also have not seen a whole lot from Pallicki either. Basically, the jury is still out on a lot of this ...ESPECIALLY the DC movies that have not been released yet or, in terms of television, have just started up.

@Gusto - yes, I do think Tom Welling is adorable, and that's why I'd like to see him in the MCU in any role (6 movie deal, I can live with that).

It seems they've decided on Cucumberbatch anyway, so.... that confirms Derrickson is an idiot...
