Marvel's Chairman David Maisel is stepping down post-merger with Disney. Maisel who has joined the studio back in 2003 was a big part in acquiring the funds in transforming Marvel from licensing out their intellectual properties into a free-standing studio. Maisel will continue in the capacity of executive producer in Marvel Movies that includes Iron Man 2, Captain America and Thor.

Filling up his shoes will be Kevin Feige, who started his work with Marvel in the first X-Men movie, then worked his way up to the top of Marvel studios where he is now serving as President of production. He is now Marvel's head honcho, and will directly report to "Mickey's" chairman Rich Ross.

How does this affect our Marvel Movies, I am not sure. Though change can be good right?... right?
