We've all been wondering for a while now who is going to be the big bad of Deadpool 2 and it appears as if the answer is...Cable?! Based on what we see in this action-packed new trailer for the highly anticipated sequel, it will be down to the Merc with the Mouth to do battle with the mutant from the future when he comes back in time to take out Julian Dennison's clearly very powerful young mutant.
To stop someone as strong as Cable, Deadpool is going to need some help and that's where X-Force comes in. The team is actually named here and we even get a close up look at its powerful members.
Deadpool 2 is clearly setting the stage for the team to star in their own movie but Cable's involvement with that is up in the air for now. Saying that, though, it's safe to assume that he'll probably see the error of his ways at some point here and will then join the team. What do you guys think of this new look at the sequel?
