@MyCoolYoung - It is so tiresome! There is literally nothing exceptional about her for her to be this popular. I don't understand it at all, but I am just a dude approaching middle age, so what do I know? That said, I'll be damned if she isnt a dead ringer for this character. Problem is, I dont think she can act well enough for a role in a major movie to be taken seriously and she would be a major distraction, so hard pass.

I don't think anyone should be this popular from Beyonce to Michael Jackson, but yea she doesn't do much for all that. I'll admit I like some of her pop songs but in a I can tolerate this song kinda way

@Shivermetimbers - I think what’s exceptional about her is that she’s a multi-platinum singer with wheelbarrows full of awards who sells out arenas all over the world because she makes music that connects with lots and lots of people. Not me, and obviously not you, but lots of other people. That said, try watching Amsterdam, not because she’s great in it, but be as her character gets absolutely flattened by a delivery truck like 15 minutes in and she never appears again. It’s oddly satisfying.

It’ll add to the box office gross, so bring it on. It’s just a cameo, folks. Pretty harmless, and probably worth a lot. Can’t fault Ryan and the studio for that.

From what little I've been forced to hear of it, her music is as shallow and vapid as every other pop "entertainer" out there today, although I have to give her credit; she is a good businessperson.

Saw her do a bit of acting in the movie "Amsterdam" I believe it was.The movie with Christian Bale, Margot Robbie, and John David Washington. For the little part she played, must admit she didn't do bad at all. Seeing as how she is very good friends with Blake Lively the wife of Ryan Reynolds and also has become a good friend of his as a result, I could see her making a cameo in the upcoming film if not as a multiverse Dazzler, as someone else if not just playing herself. No biggie to me one way or the other.

Taylor music is not for everyone, but her lyrics resonate with a lot of people. Don't understand the need to look down on her music just because she's popular and sings about love (among other things). Anyway, her acting is ok, she has some experience, and playing Dazzler would be easy for her.
