Rob Liefeld's list Of Directors For Deadpool!

The creator of the fan favorite character Deadpool, Rob Liefeld has posted a list on his website of directors he would like to see helm the struggling project. The list includes some interesting choices(to say the least)...

Recently Rob Liefeld vented his feelings on how FOX Studios was handling the movie adaption for the comic character he created Deadpool. With the duo behind the popular horror comedy ZombieLand set to write the script and the go to guy for superheros, Ryan Reynolds set to portray the character in his own film after a brief role as Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, things seemed to be looking up for the film.

But then the trouble of finding a director arose. This trouble has caused the studio to push Deadpool to side, and Liefeld is not too happy about it. Now Liefeld has taken it upon himself to create a list of directors he finds worthy.

.Lana Wachowski and Andy Wachowski(The Matrix)

.Joe Carnahan(The A-Team)

.Genndy Tartakovsky(Samurai Jack, Clone Wars)

.Sylvester Stallone(The Expendables)

With no director and the lead actor unsure of his return it is unclear when or if we will Deadpool in his own silver screen adventure. The search for a director slowly but surely lingers on.

So who would you like to see direct Deadpool? Do you think Reynolds should stay or go? You know where to answer and remember to check up on CBM for any updates

Liefeld is an attention whore and one of the worst artists to work in the comics business. Can we PLEASE stop reporting about it everytime his sneezes sound like "Deadpool"?

And for the record, Fox has not set aside Deadpool.
Kevin Feige said in his live chat last week that Fox was working hard to get it going.

@MaxJaybo Liefeld is freaking out because of how slow the progress is on the movie and I know Feige is a big wig but I trust the creator of the character who is also closer to the production on that one.

Lets put a team together of Keith Gordon and Marcos Siega. The each directed nine episodes of Dexter and Siega also directed an episode of True Blood and nine episodes of Vampire Diaries.

I with x24. Some how I think Stallone would be a great director for Deadpool. In a certain way it needs to take it's as seriously as the Expendables did. When it doesn't...You have Rocky. Rocky alone should cement Sly as one of the great directors of the 70's.

Wachowski's...maybe.
Didn't see A-Team, so I can't say.
Tartakovsky...perhaps.
Stallone..I don't think so.
My choices: Rodriguez would be great, Tarantino also good but I don't think he'd do anyone elses work. Fincher would be quite fun. Wright would also be awesome. Here's a couple new ones that would be quite good I think, in my opinnion: Zach Snyder...We know how epic Watchmen and 300 were. Also a slightly different one, but because I love the hell out of him....Rob Zombie. Also Joss Whedon would be cool too, but I don't think he'd do it. So those are mine. :D
