A first look at Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' Funko Pops was revealed yesterday, but we now have some official hi-res shots, including a very special 1000th Pop. We're not sure what the deal is with that trippy looking Strange, but perhaps it's the hero embracing the Multiverse's power?
We also get a closer look at some of the former Sorcerer Supreme's Variants, while a TV spot puts the mysterious "Defender Strange" front and centre. Unfortunately, there's no new footage (it's a mixture of what we saw in the Super Bowl trailer and "Big Game" TV spot).
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness star Benedict Cumberbatch was recently quizzed by Entertainment Tonight about the sequel and theories he's either turning evil or could be a future member of the Illuminati. "Maybe," the actor teased. "Who knows? Who knows? I do. I know." We're not sure what answer they expected, but there was no way he'd ever spill the beans here!
With Moon Knight on the horizon, we're expecting Marvel Studios to start hyping the Doctor Strange sequel shortly after the show premieres on Disney+ as this look set to be one of 2022's biggest movies.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to be released in theaters on May 6.
