First off, I'm fine with Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. Hopefully the planned spin off film will be good, and hopefuly feature his actual costume! That being said, I was just wondering who else could make a good Deadpool, as well as who would be good featured as his supporting cast!
Director: Ruben Fleischer (ZOmbieland, 30 Minutes or Less)
I think Fleischer would be a good director for a Deadpool film, and possibly a franchise, because his movies seem to have good mixes of comedy and action, which is what Deadpool needs.
Co-Writers:
Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese (Zombieland, Deadpool)
Wernick and Reeese are already writing the actual Deadpool movie, and have also already worked with Fleischer, so i think they would (and hopefully will) make a good Deadpool movie.
Sean William Scott as Wade Wilson aka Deadpool
Sean William Scott is hilarious, and i've seen this choice a few other times before, and can't help but agree. He is a good comedian who i imagine could make a great Deadpool given the chance.
Jay Baruchel as BOB, Agent of Hyrda
I'm sure this choice is nothing new, Baruchel is a great young Canadian comedian, and was really the only choice i ever had for Bob.
Charlie Day as Weasel
I haven't seen this choice before, and really don't know why. Mostly known from "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia", but also from "Horrible Bosses", in which, (in my opinion) he was the funniest part of the movie, along with Colin Farrell. Day is a perfect choice for Weasel in my mind.
Stephen Lang as Nathan Summers aka Cable
Not only does Lang look the part, but he is a pretty good actor, mostly known from "Avatar" but also the new TV series "Terra Nova". I'm sure any one who has seen those shows can't argue. (Also, i'm sorry if he isn't the right height for the character)
Helen Mirren as Blind Al
Not much to say here, but she has the look for Blind Al, but she also knows how to handle guns, as seen in "Red". She was really the only choice i ever thought of here.
Carey Mulligan as Neena Therman aka Domino
She is a great up and coming actress and i think the role of Domino would suit her perfectly!
Eli Roth as Garrison Kane
Eli Roth is mostly known from "Inglorious Basterds", in which he played a character that i think of being similar to Garrison Kane, both ruthless and violent.
Anna Popplewell as Sandi Brandenberg
I tried to come up with an original pick for Brandenberg, and i haven't seen any fan casts with Popplewell as Brandenberg, and i thought she could do wonders for the role.
Tyler Mane as T-Ray
I know he's already been in a CBM, as "Sabretooth" in "X-Men", and i'll also admit that i don't think he's really that great of actor, but i will admit that i'm sure he could play T-Ray, a character who doesn't really need a lot of acting.
Vanessa Ferlito as Vanessa Carlysle aka Copycat
Mostly known from "CSI", i'll admit this is probably the choice i'm least confident about, but i still think she could be pretty good in the role.
