Fantastic Four Reboot Fan Cast and Origin Synopsis.

Fantastic Four Reboot Fan Cast and Origin Synopsis.

The following is my take on what FOX should have done in the first place. This is just my own personal opinion and I would like to share it with the rest of you guys. So here is a fan cast and a synopsis of what I believe the Fantastic Four should look and feel like on the big screen, enjoy...

Feel of the movie:

I am a big believer in mixed the classic's and bringing them to the generations of today, in today's society we see that kids and young adults are far beyond the factor of being fooled. But at the same time they are able to enjoy a classic once and a  while if presented the correct way. I believe that FOX has definitely failed in presenting these beloved characters on the big screen that would ultimately please both the fans and movie buffs everywhere. I believe everyone can agree with me on this aswell. There are also some major major plot points that where totally left out that I believe are critical to the origin of the F4, so this story will pick up from the beginning, to Reed Richards, Victor Von Dooms, and Ben grimm's college days. This is the key point to everything! I just don't understand how FOX could leave this out. Like I said before, presenting the classic to the new is very important to re creating classic characters. So the classic origin story in the 60's will be presented in an intergalactic modern day setting. And like I said, this is a story that takes place from the beginning so to answer your question, yes! I will be using actors and actress's in their mid 20's to early 30's regarding the F4, for this story it's just the way to go. So let's kick start this with the fan cast.

FANCAST (Fantastic Four)
<img src="/images/users/uploads/65291/1.jpg" />
Ian Harding as Reed Richards:
When we think of a Reed Richards, I just don't understand how you can see this guy would be a perfect Reed Richards. In pretty little liars I have personally seen the potential he possess' at play a very intelegent guy, and at the same time show that he can be a little shy around the girls. Also with the right director he can present himself as a fantastic Leader.

<img src="/images/users/uploads/65291/2.jpg" />
Elizabeth Olsen as Sue Storm:
There is a very little personality defect that only fan boys and fan girls possibly know about Sue Storm and I really! want to utilize this in the way she is presented. From a very young age her parents have died and she had to basically raise herself and Johnny while living her aunt for a roof over their heads. Elizabeth olsens acting and the way she presents herself on screen is critical to the reason that I have casted her as Sue. And not mention that fact that she come's from a big family with an understanding of what it means to hold a family together is also a critical point to the character and what she can bring to Sue.

<img src="/images/users/uploads/65291/Ben Grimm.jpg" />
Alex Pettyfer as Ben Grimm:
Alex pettyfer just screams football jock, Ben grim to me needs to play the ying to the yang with Reed Richards, and while My Reed Richards is very well cleaned and articulate, Ben grim is a very rugged and short talker but don't to the point kind of guy, I believe these personalities can be presented to the big screen very well.

<img src="/images/users/uploads/65291/Johnny storm.jpg" />
Dave Franco as Johnny storm:
Johnny storm is an extreme sportsmen and a cocky and arrogant childish person, but at the same time this also a very hardshell to what he's truely feeling underneathe regarding his parents death and the fear of one day being alone, these are some very key components to my take on the Human torch, I believe that Dave franco can pull off these 2 very different personalities while flowing through with the rest of the movie.

VILLIANS:

<img src="/images/users/uploads/65291/Victor von doom.jpg" />
Jake Abell as Victor Von Doom:
Alot of you are saying you gotta' be S"""""" me?!!! But think about it, you first present Victor as a very well respected and honorable student at the school and being very articulate, then along comes Reed Richards and his intellegence over powering Victors drawing the attention away from him. The vengence and melt downs come along, causing him to rise as the conquerer. This actor presents a VERY! huge possibility of being a strong and powerful Dr. Doom. And with a deep and gravely British accent I believe there is no stopping him. I mean before you deny him, think about what people said about heath ledger...look how that turned out.

<img src="/images/users/uploads/65291/Super skrull.jpeg" />
Jason statham as Super Skrull:
I was a fan of Jason statham as an actor from the first time I see snatch, and from there he has showed the potential of not only kicking ass and over powering everyone I comes into contact with, but he also presents this off beat unique kind of intensity to the big screen. Jason statham will be an amazing Super skrull!

Now that I have presented my fan cast, I can move on to the synopsis:

It starts off, with showing a funeral for Sue and Johnny's father, and now Sue must take care of johnny and herself. 5 years later it shows that Reed and Sue have been neighbors for a long time and that Reed has always had a littl crush on her. The last time he see's Sue She's packing up and leaving for college. Reed is also packing up and leaving for college on a full science scholarship. When Reed Arrives at the university, he is accidentally tackled to the ground by Ben grimm who is trying out for the Varsity team. They become chums almost instantly. The next scene shows Reed walking in on Victor Von Doom in the grand science presentational room giving a speech and presenting them his science project for the "SCIENCE BALL" to the science board. His project is a machine that harnests global satelites telecommunication systems and mutiplys that effect to an unlimited extent utilizing the heat wave signatures the sun's heat waves. While harnesting these satelites using the sun's heat signatures, he can search through the vast recesses of space for other intellegent life forms throughout the galaxy...possibly into other dimensions. Victor asks the Science board if there's any questions and Reed Richard responds back asking what happens if the heat signature's reach a critical mass effect. Victor can't give him the answer. Reed then goes on saying that if the sun's heat signatures reach an unstoppable force the machine can back fire and cause a catastrophe like non other. The science Board askes who he is and he tells them he is Reed Richards. The science board draws the attention off Victor and turns to Reed sparking the vengefulness inside of Reed Richards.

Reed Richards then finds his Dorm room and realizes that he's bunking with Victor. He walks into the room and wants to apologizes for what happened in the Grand room. Victor with his arrogance fires back at him that his machine will work. Reed picks up his clipboard with equations on it saying that his calculations are off and he offers to help him with his success. Victor declines his help and tells him to just get out! When Reed leaves Victor goes under his bed and pulls out a box with photos and memories of his past. He pulls out a scarf that belonged to his mother...

FLASHBACK:
Victor is a young boy in Latveria, his father has just killed the King's wife after trying to save her life. Now there on the run and in the middle of the forest in winter's cold. Victor's father Wrappes young Victor in his mother scarf. And tells him that he carries his mothers and his father blood, that he will accomplish great things. And don't let anyone stand in his way.

After the flashback it comes back to present day and Victor is sitting on the edge of his bed crying.

BACK TO PRESENT TIME:
Reed is in a class room and Ben is sitting infront of him sleeping. Reed is sitting in a desk doing his test, next weeks test, and an extra credit report. A fews days later Reed Richards is sitting in the bleachers reading when he hears the coach of the football team annouce that Ben has made the roaster for the team.

Reed is running through the halls trying to find him and he run's straight into Sue coming out of the drama club. Reed notices it's Sue and vice versa. They both get up and Ben comes walking out of the drama room. Reed begins to tell him something when Ben tells Reed that he was just escorting Sue to her Dorm room. Reed then gets all stary eyed that she will be staying at the school.

At that moment Johnny comes running through the hallways and all the girls are looking at him. Grabs Reed and gives him a hug jokingly telling him he missed living next to eachother. Ben askes Sue curiously if she used to know Reed. She responds saying that they were neighbors. Johnny Grabs Ben and tells him to stay away from his sister. Ben gets back in Johnny's face and then sue gets inbetween them. Ben askes Reed what it was that he was telling him. Reed then tells Ben that he was announced for the Varsity team. Ben gets all excited picking everyone up and runnning to the field and Johnny begins walking away. Reed and Sue are their by themselves.

Reed offer's to escort Sue to her Dorm when Sue tells him that she won't have it anyother way. Reed begins a convo on the way there starting off with how was she since her fathers death and that he was sorry. She goes on saying that She had to take care of Johnny and herself after his death and that their doing much better now, Johnny is up for becoming a professional extreme sportsman and she's trying to become a TV actress. Reed is proud of her and very happy to hear this. Once they get to the Dorm, Reed trys to tell her that he was always interested in her and she was just waiting for him to say it. He chickens out and tells her that maybe he'll see her around sometime. She says hopefully with a smile and walks into the dorm on the back of the door, Reed see's the try outs for the Science Ball and decides to go for it. From the outside Victor is watching him with a vengeful look on his face... To be continued

I am planning on breaking it down little by little in parts, the next part of the origin story will be foretold in the near future. Just don't have time right now. Comment below and tell me what you guys think of this so far?

Except for Elizabeth Olsen and maybe Dave Franco a lot of the actors you choose haven't really proven to be anything more than pretty faces. I mean Alex Pettyfier as Ben Grimm such an odd casting. He would fit more as Johnny Storm really. He's so bland on the screen and hasn't done anything to make me believe otherwise. Also your Reed Richards hasn't been in anything that is significant. He may look like a reed richards yet lacks the acting chops to carry that role. He is very much a pretty boy actor. I mean Pretty Little Liars that's he's most significant role. Also your Victor Von Doom, the last thing I remember from that guy is The Suite life of Zack and Cody. He doesn't even look like him or hasn't done anything special to so that he can be a good Doctor Doom. A lot of your casting is very out of the box ,but none really have an upside to them.

@ UltimateDCandMarvel24

Actually Jake Abel was in the host and played kind of a dark and gritty character, kind of what I was looking for. In a Victor, but with the casting aside how bout the synopsis ideas? what did you think?

@Tylerman tons of actors play dark characters doesn't mean they can do it well. I mean when you look at past comicbookmovies people like Tommy Lee Jones who played a dark character in Two face and was awful. Keanu Reeves was Constantine, who was a dark character and was a complete mockery of the character. You can't judge the actor based on the character's description. Its how well he or she plays it.

Now about the synopsis it's a little boring to me. I feel that its almost CW light in some aspects. In the fact that we see these characters at such a young age and the drama between the characters isn't really exciting before they become the heroes we grew up to learn and love. The problem with making them so young is that it really slows down the development of them becoming heroes. It just wastes time and its all filler. We all know that Reed and Sue are gonna be a couple. It kinda of wastes time when your just teasing the audiences about it. A little look there, a stare or two when you're writing a romance make it a little more interesting at least. It felt like teasing reading it from this intro. I think your idea of Victor Von Doom and how he might become the evil villain in the Fantastic Four is pretty interesting. So interesting I think it would be better than all the filler you have of the fantastic four meeting each other in college. Why not make that your intro? That seems a much more interesting story then what you had written about the four heroes. Also this might be a nit pick but having Dr.Doom cry after him being showed up by Reed really bothered me. I mean this really feels like the teen version of the Fantastic Four. Having such a sensitive Dr.Doom really is hard to let go. I mean he just has a small technicality in his whole theory that Reed pointed out. Doesn't mean you have to give him a vengeful look from above.

Overall I feel that if I watched this in a movie I would be pretty bored by it. There really isn't anything other than Victor's background that's something to give praise about.

I've always liked the dichotomy between Ben & Johnny, one being a "competitive sports" guy (football, wrestling, boxing, MMA fighting) and the other being an "extreme sports" guy (snowboarding, skating, cliff-jumping sky-diving) maybe you could emphasize that more next time?
the science dichotomy between Reed & Viktor here is particular weak, one views science as a system the latter views it as an art. both are brilliant inventors but Viktor specializes in robotics so you should display more of those talents. (the flawless, egotistical Doom crying at the edge of his bed isn't something I wanted to see)
I don't like that Reed & Sue were drawn together by real estate property instead of by a passion for science. also I'm not sure college is the best setting for a story like this, I'd prefer to see Grimm and Richards join the military to apply their talents (being test pilots for experimental aircraft) keep pulling stuff directly from source materials and it'll be fine, even if it's kind of slow-paced and the villainous plot is unclear
@Tyerman to fix the images, click 'Source' in the upper righthand corner of the crappy new article system. post the article THEN hit 'Source' again and you should see the images show up right away. although I never have anything positive to say about fan-casts, but it must be better than that atrocious casting report that Josh Trank hasn't debunked yet. THIS is the real cast
