G.I. Joe: Real American Hero Movie Fancast by The Dude

G.I. Joe: Real American Hero Movie Fancast by The Dude

Many thought G.I. Joe The Rise of Cobra, was a disappointment, myself included. But to me, it wasn't just the plot of the movie that was bad to me. It was the actors. They were about as plastic as the toys they were based off of! So, to fix this, I, The Dude, have put together this little fancast to make it all better.
Enjoy.

Duke- Tom Jane

I think Tom Jane would make a great Duke, unlike (Vomits) Channing Tatum.
He could play the awesome, badass Duke every GI Joe fan wants to see.

Snake Eyes- Ray Park

To me, Ray Park was the only good thing about the movie. He has the right amount of athleticism and knowledge of martial arts to play the highly-demanding role of Snake Eyes.

Scarlett- Scarlet Johannson

Personally I couldn't care less about Scarlett, so I just picked the first name off the top of my head. At least she'd be better than whoever the hell played Scarlett in Rise of Cobra. That, and Scarlett Johannson is sexy as hell.

Roadblock- Terry Crews

Personally, I am sick of Heavy Duty. To me he just seems like a rip off of Roadblock. In this movie, Roadblock, GI Joe's original tough-as-nails black guy, would be portrayed, played by Terry Crews. In casting this one, I really couldn't think of anyone else that has the physical build of Roadblock than Terry Crews. Hell, he even looks dead on like him! And, from what I've seen from Gamer, Terry Crews sure can kick some ass.

Hawk- Dennis Quaid

Personally, I didn't see anything wrong with Dennis Quaid as General Hawk. He has the right look for it, and is pretty good at playing a general.

Cobra Commander- Tobin Bell

As a big fan of the SAW franchise, I've always thought Tobin Bell would make a great Cobra Commander. He is extremely good at creepy, menacing roles, perfect for the creepy, menacing Cobra Commander every GI Joe fan would love to see.

Destro- Ray Stevenson

I think Ray Stevenson could play a great intimidating and intense Destro. He has the right size and build for it, and he can play intimidating roles like Destro.

Storm Shadow- Rain

Watch Ninja Assasin and tell me he wouldn't make a fantastic Storm Shadow.

Zartan- Dolph Lundgren

Based on the fact that he's starring in The Expendables, most likely he's still that giant beast we remember from the Rocky Movies. I think Dolph has the right amount of physical prowess needed to play Zartan.

So what do you guys think? Agree? Disagree? Tell me what you think in the only place you can!

Ciao!
