How the Justice League of America can be approached with Batman and Superman

It is at this time that I have decided to share how I think the Justice League movies could be approached.

Recent reports have stated that Christopher Nolan plans to finish up the Batman story arc with a final Batman installment and to create a new Superman movie for a reboot of that franchise. It is due to being in control of these two properties that Nolan states that Batman and Superman are in their own little worlds and no crossovers from other superheroes or crossovers for each other will occur.

This has lead to the idea that the Justice League of America movie will shove on without Batman or Superman and will come to theaters to compete with Marvel’s Avengers film. But I think that there is a way that Batman and Superman and all of the rest of DC’s superheroes could be kept in their own special universes and Batman and Superman can still be included in the Justice League movie.

Why not let Nolan keep Batman in his own world of realism and Superman in his own world of fantasy and do the same for Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and Martian Manhunter and let the Justice League of America be its own unique franchise in its own special universe with different actors in the respective roles and having no relation to Batman Begins, the Dark Knight, Batman 3, Green Lantern, the Superman reboot film, and all the others that will be eventually made?

I might get booed on this but I mean it seems Nolan won’t bend on his decision and personally I like the idea of Batman being alone and in realism and Superman alone and in his unique universe of fantasy and such and we can still have Batman and Superman be in the Justice League movie. Who says that the Justice League movie has to relate to the movies that are being made right now? I agree it would be neat if the Justice League was a continuation of Batman Begins, the Dark Knight, Superman the reboot, Green Lantern but I would rather make it a separate universe to have Batman and Superman in the Justice League film because that would be worse in my opinion? And in that universe Batman can experience fantasy and Superman realism if the situation called for it and we can have the Justice League movie we’ve wanted for years and it be done right and come out great. What do you think?

I think NOLAN doesn't own the DC UNIVERSE or BATMAN...

BATMAN is part of the DC UNIVERSE end of lol.

carefully reading NOLANS case in not wanting to mix in...kinda makes sense in "his approach to directing these films" i dont think that hes saying that he wouldnt allow later on to have them mix or be introduced to one another but in exploring BATMAN he didnt bring in any other heroes...he focused on BATMAN because in BATMANS mind...he is one of a kind and is unaware of any other forces out there for the greater good. And i assume after thinking about it in this manner that he will take the same approack with SUPERMAN...he will focus on him and he will be the only hero "at this time" because Superman is not aware that he is not alone in the fight for the greater good.... therefore each character in essence is on his own. am i making any sense? i believe that we will see them in JLA and its quite possible that NOLAN will even direct it. I have enjoyed the NOLANVERSE because he has dug deep into who BATMAN is and i cant wait to see how he reboots the MOS. Each hero in his own world...because they are the only heroes in their own minds....but thats not to say that one day they couldnt have that veil of ignorance removed from before them and inducted into the JLA at the end of the JLA movie since it seems that they are going with the YEAR ONE route.... im not worried... im certain that we will see the full cast in JLA. could i get some feed back on whether or not this clicks with any of you?

what geoff johns should do is,find a decent director not necessary nolan.

maybe jj abrams or zack snyder.

justice league.
1.have a justice league movie without superman & batman, but you must mention that superman & batman have had a falling out.

2.batman vs superman movie.
they have a few tangles with each other before the main event, justice league turn up to break up the fight at the end.

3.justice league 2
batman & superman join the league,to take whatever threat they come up with.

@naterator

Unless Batman and Superman are people who never read or watch the news and have no access to Internet, they would have heard of each other.

It is highly unlikely that no one in Gotham would be unaware that there is a man that can fly in Metropolis.

I think the simplest solution would be to allow Smallville to add Batman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern to that continuity then make the Justice League from that continuity. The comics have different continuities I don't know why live action versions can't.

@ray243 i know what you mean....but i guess i didnt make myself clear. Im talking about up to this point or thus far as the BATS and SUPES rebooted films have been made they dont know about eachother....now with BATS3 and MOS both coming out in the next couple years im sure we will see some sort of hint to the other in each film...not necessarily doing a crossover until JLA but up to this point "timewise" they arent aware of the other. NOw in these next films im sure we will see some easter eggs regarding the eachother......SUPERMAN seeing from afar the BAT SIGNAL or perhaps just the headline of the Gotham or metropolis newspapers regarding the other. I have faith that NOLAN isnt as butt headed as some believe. WB wont let him ruin it. ROUTH BTW.
