It really saddens me that DC can't get their crap together seriously their's been two god awful Ghost Rider movies and yet not even one Flash or Wonder Woman movie, but i digress. My story is basically based on the first three episodes of the Justice League cartoon. I made some changes here and their, but for the most part it's still the same story. I did decide to use Aquaman instead of Hawkgirl.

PLOT

Two astronauts explore the terrain of Mars. One stumbles onto the entrance to an underground cavern, at the end of which is a massive, ornate door. He wedges his pickax into the door's lock, and forces it open. The doors open, and something massive rushes out, reaching for him... Two years later: Batman makes a brief trip to the outskirts of Metropolis, spying on a satellite communications facility operated by Wayne Tech. As he watches, three employees of the facility exchange amiable good-byes with their co-workers, but as soon as they are alone, begin conversing in an alien language and tampering with the equipment. Batman appears and attempts to subdue them, but each of them fight back with amazing speed and strength. Batman corners one on top of the roof dish, but it turns the tables on him. Then Superman arrives and sends it running. Before they can deal with them, Superman sees strange images in mind and is rendered unconscious. Batman grabs him as the three mysterious scientists detonate the satellite. As Batman sees the three scientists, their bodies are twisted into positions that should be fatal, but they are still alive and flee into the forest. The two heroes share a first time meet. Batman explains that this station is the latest in a series that has been sending strange encrypted signals into space. Superman offers his help, but Batman declines. Superman hands him a communicator to use in case he needs help; Batman is skeptical, but places it in his utility belt and keeps it anyway. In the nation's capital, J. Allen Carter, one of the two astronauts from the Mars expedition and now a U.S. Senator, proposes a bold plan for total nuclear disarmament. He champions Superman as Earth's protector, believing that the Man of Steel is both reliable and more than capable of handing any threat to the Earth. Superman embraces the idea, despite protests from the military and other sources. These even include other heroes, such as Central City's The Flash, who remarks: "I'm the fastest man alive, and even I can't be in five places at once". As He traces the three fake scientists to a warehouse in Metropolis, where he discovers the three real scientists, unconscious, inside alien-looking containers. Then a guard dog appears, which turns out to be an alien creature, and attacks. Batman is outmatched, and calls for help. Superman arrives, and manages to save Batman, but then both of them watch as a meteor comes down from the sky and crashes into the heart of Metropolis. From the crater, a massive alien vehicle appears, and without preamble makes its hostility clear: it begins attacking the police and fire units nearby. More meteors crash, giving rise to more vehicles. Superman and Batman throw everything they have at the creatures, but seemingly to no avail. While preparing to fight again, Superman suffers another psychic migraine; entranced, he flies away. The world goes into a panic about the new alien invasion, and the apparent absence of Superman. On Themyscira, Princess Diana notices signs of trouble in the outside world, but her mother, Queen Hippolyta, tells her that it is none of their concern, as the Gods protect Themyscira. Batman flies after Superman, tracking him to a U.S. Army base. Inside, they find a green-skinned alien being held prisoner inside. Freed, the alien introduces himself as J'onn J'onzz. Before he can tell his story, the trio are confronted by a group of army soldiers. Superman tries to explain, but soon the soldiers shapeshift into white-skinned aliens and aim their weapons at the trio.

On Themyscira, Diana enters the Temple of Athena, and prays her mother's forgiveness. She picks up a set of armor laid at the altar and puts it on. At the military base, Superman, Batman, and J'onn flee the scene, with their attackers close behind. Taking to the air, they find themselves pursued by swarms of flying craft. Although they manage to down some, the Batwing is critically damaged, and nearly crashes; however, Batman is saved and the fighters are driven off by the timely arrival of four more heroes: Green Lantern Hal Jordan, Aquaman King of Atlantis, Princess Diana, and the Flash. J'onn explains: The aliens invaded Mars a thousand years ago, all but wiping out J'onn's people, and absorbing their telepathic and shape-changing abilities. J'onn was the lone survivor of a strike mission that incapacitated the invaders, and he sealed them away in an underground chamber five hundred years ago. Unfortunately, the astronauts released them while J'onn was hibernating. J'onn came to Earth to warn them, but was captured on arrival by the aliens. Instead, he used his partially-blocked telepathic powers to summon the heroes together. Unfortunately, the nerve gas which the Martians used to incapacitate the aliens before is made from a now-extinct Martian plant, and cannot be reproduced. With their presence on Earth established, the aliens set up enormous factories that project an ionizing field into the atmosphere, creating a cloud cover that shrouds the entire planet. J'onn explains that the invaders are nocturnal, wishing to block out the sun, and the heroes agree that the factories should be investigated and destroyed. Unused to working together, but resolved, the heroes split into three groups to destroy a factory each. Superman and Aquaman head to Metropolis, but are captured. Flash and Green Lantern attack another, but are forced to retreat; J'onn, Diana, and Batman attack a third. While inside, Batman discovers that the aliens are vulnerable to the sun's rays, which is why they are creating the cloud cover. They also manage to steal the crystal powering the factory. Then the trio is attacked, and J'onn and Diana escape, but Batman, who stays behind to hold them off, is cut off and apparently killed.

The four remaining heroes regroup in Metropolis and prepare to free Aquaman and Superman. J'onn warns that they do not have much time, as the Imperium — the leader of the Invaders — will be arriving soon. While Flash creates a diversion, J'onn, Diana, and Green Lantern breach the facility. Managing to fight off the aliens, they find Superman and Aquaman in a holding cell, but it's a trap. The two heroes are actually aliens in disguise, and the rest of the heroes are captured. As the six heroes are held captive, they are shocked to see Senator Carter appear alongside their captors. It turns out that Carter is actually an alien in disguise; the real Carter perished on Mars. Using his persona, the aliens learned as much as possible about Earth's defenses, and also tricked humans into disarming their most powerful weapons. With no effective obstacles to their invasion left, the aliens signal a mothership orbiting the Earth, and receive their leader, the Imperium. The Imperium remembers J'onn, and begins to torture him. The Imperium calls on J'onn to surrender, saying that he has finally lost, but J'onn lets slip that he still has a plan. Then Batman appears, surprising everyone. J'onn explains that he telepathically shielded Batman from detection until then. Batman has used the time to sabotage the ion crystal, reversing the field's polarity. The clouds part, and the sun shines through the opening in the factory's roof. Exposed to the sun, the aliens begin to burn and die. Batman explains that the aliens have no resistance to ultraviolet radiation, then frees the other heroes, who fight off the aliens and smash even larger holes in the roof. The Imperium, its skin blistering, hastily retreats back into its shuttle, leaving the Carter doppelganger to die, and makes for the mother ship. However, Diana lassos the shuttle, which Aquaman further damages with his trident, and swings it into the factory, destroying both it and the Imperium. The other heroes quickly evacuate the captured humans being held there, before the factory explodes. The mother ship flees into space. Earth rejoices over the repulse of the invasion, but several skeptics, including General Wells, warn that they got lucky; if the aliens or a similar threat return, the Earth has no means of advance warning. Watching the report, Batman ponders this remark. A short time later, the heroes assemble aboard a large space station orbiting the Earth, built and launched in secret by Wayne Enterprises. The station will provide advance warning in case of another invasion. Superman addresses the assembled heroes, saying that the invasion has proved to him that even he isn't powerful enough to safeguard the Earth by himself. He proposes the formation of the Justice League. Four of the other heroes agree (in his or her own way); Batman, used to operating solo, is reluctant to join a team, but assures them that he'll be on call when they need help. The last holdout is J'onn, who is off by himself, looking out at the stars. When Superman goes to him, J'onn says he is the last surviving member of his race. Superman says he can relate, and assures J'onn that he doesn't have to be alone anymore.

THE DIRECTOR

Brad Bird : An amazing director who did one of the biggest flims of 2011 with Mission Impossible : Ghost Protocol. He's also directed one of the best Pixar film ever in The Incredibles which was an amazing fun story. He's also directing Disney's upcoming film Tommorowland. I think he would be an ideal choice for this movie he knows how to do extreme action as seen in Mission Impossible and he also understands how to make fun summer blockbusters. He also understands how to make a superhero film work due to his previous experience and expertise with The Incredibles.

WRITING

Geoff Johns/David Goyer/Brad Bird

Geoff Johns is one of my all time favorite writers ever he will write the initial treatment for the story. Since he's actually writing for the current comic book his experience and expertise will definitely help the film a lot. He would also act a consultant and executive producer for the film. David Goyer is an amazing screenwriter and he will write the screenplay for the film due to his previous work with the amazing The Dark Knight trilogy and the upcoming Man Of Steel which looks to be another hit. Brad Bird is an awesome up in coming director who recently directed the amazing Mission Impossible : Ghost Protocol. He would only help out on the script his experience writing in The Incredible's another amazing film would only help.

MUSIC

John Williams : For me a movie this epic and huge their's only one guy who can do it, and it's John Williams. An American composer, conductor and pianist. In a career spanning over six decades, he has composed some of the most recognizable film scores in cinematic history, including the Star Wars saga, Jaws, Superman, the Indiana Jones films, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Home Alone and its sequel, Jurassic Park, Schindler's List, Saving Private Ryan, and the Harry Potter films. Williams has won five Academy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, seven British Academy Film Awards, and 21 Grammy Awards. With 48 Academy Award nominations, Williams is the second most nominated person, after Walt Disney. I would hope it comes out sounding close to the Justice League TV show.

COSTUME DESIGNS

Each member of the Justice League have very recognizable iconic costumes so i wouldn't change any of the classic colors schemes. The costumes for the movie should be based on the Justice League New 52's designs . The costumes just look more sleeker, more vibrant, and they just look really really awesome, and plus it just makes them look more modern and current. I also believe it just translate a lot better on to the big screen in my opinion.

CINEMATOGRAPHY

Claudio Miranda : Is an amazing Chilean cinematographic best known for his work as the director of photography on David Fincher's film The Curious Case of Benjamin. His films are visually and beautifully stunning. For a huge film like this you need it to look beautiful and amazing. His work in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Tron: Legacy is quite amazing. I've yet to see Life of Pi, but it looks likes he's getting another oscar nomination that film looks so amazingly beautiful.

THE TEAM

I think the team should consist of the original seven i wanted to add another another heroine or go with Cyborg, but that would have meant i had to change my whole story line so i decided to the stay the course. Sure the team is a giant sausage fest, but so was the Avengers. I think it's important to me that Aquaman and Martain Manhunter make the squad because of the original seven their the most interchangeable ones of the group. They should definitely add more members to the team in future installments like Zatanna, Hawkman, Green Arrow, Cyborg and Black Canary.

THE MAIN CAST

Superman/Henry Cavill

Character Bio : Superman, also known as the Man of Steel, is one of the most powerful superheroes in the DC Universe. Born as Kal-El on the dying planet Krypton, his parents Jor-El and Lara sent him in a rocket to the planet Earth where he would be the last surviving member of his race. His rocket was discovered by the kindly Jonathan and Martha Kent, who raised him as their son Clark Kent in the town of Smallville, Kansas. His upbringing provided him with strong moral values, and life-long friends Lana Lang and Pete Ross. In his secret identity he works as a reporter at the Daily Planet in the city of Metropolis.

Henry Cavill : (Age: 29/Height: 6' 1") He's already playing him in this summer's Man Of Steel. I haven't really seen him in anything besides Immortals which i enjoyed him in. The guy has the look, the cheek bones, the perfect physique, and he's actually a really good actor. When your watching the new trailer's for Man of Steel you look at him and you feel like your actually watching Superman fly.

The Batman/James Wolk

Character Bio : Batman is the superhero protector of Gotham City, a man dressed like a bat who fights against evil and strikes terror into the hearts of criminals everywhere. In his secret identity he is Bruce Wayne, billionaire industrialist and notorious playboy. Although he has no superhuman powers, he is one of the world's smartest men and greatest fighters. His physical prowess and technical ingenuity make him an incredibly dangerous opponent. He is also a founding member of the Justice League.

James Wolk : (Age: 27/Height: 6' 4") I wanted to cast a relatively unknown for the role and someone original, and I thought he was perfect for Bruce. He has the right look and charm Bruce processes, and also the physical stature to be Batman. Definitely a good up in coming actor evident by his performance on Political Animals.

Wonder Woman/Mary Elizabeth Winstead+

Character Bio : Wonder Woman is an Amazon warrior princess and one of the most powerful characters in the DC Universe. While she had been taught since birth that she was a creation of clay. Her mother had long ago had a tryst with Zeus, and their affair led to Diana's conception. The truth of her divinity was kept secret in order to protect Diana from the wrath of Hera, whose jealousy was notorious.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead : (Age:28/Height: 5' 9") To be honest this was such a tough character to cast i almost went with Phoebe Tonkin, but in the end i decided to go with her. Shes has the right amazonian look the character needs. I know its not really an original pick, but who cares she's a great up in comer who's very talented and beautiful.

Green Lantern/Bradley Cooper

Character Bio : Green Lantern is a superhero and an intergalactic police officer in the DC Universe. The weapon he wields is a power ring that translates his ideas into green energy using the strength of his willpower. He is a member of the Green Lantern Corps, an organization created by the Guardians of the Universe that has established thousands of members distributed throughout each space sector.

Bradley Cooper : (Age: 38/Height: 6' 1") I originally had him as Steve Trevor, but changed my mind and thought he be more suited as Green Lantern. He's a great young actor who's probably best known for starting in the A-Team ,those Hangover movies, and Limetless, but his work in Silver Linings Playbook was truly a great performance. I also think he just play's the funny cocky a-hole really good.

The Flash/Ryan Gosling

Character Bio : Barry Allen is the fastest man alive known as The Flash. In his secret identity he is a police officer working in Central City as a forensics specialist. Barry's running generates the Speed Force, an enigmatic source of energy that all other speedsters tap into throughout time. There is an ever-present danger that as fast as he runs, he might lose himself as he approaches speeds closer to light

Ryan Gosling : (Age: 32/Height: 6' 1") The guy is a fan favorite to play every character that has ever existed in the history of comics. He's a fantastic actor who was amazing in The Ides of March and hilarious as hell in Crazy, Stupid, Love, but for me the movie the put him over the top was Drive a really fantastic film that's need to be seen by everyone. He has tremendous range and depth as an actor. He looks the part and has the ability to bring out Barry's simple Midwestern charm to life.

Aquaman/Joel Kinnaman

Character Bio : Aquaman also known as Arthur Curry and Orin, is the king of Atlantis and the ruler of the seven seas. As the king of Atlantis and other undersea territories, he technically controls most of the planet. His abilities include super-strength, durability, super-speed, staying underwater indefinitely, and telepathy, which he uses to communicate with sea-life.

Joel Kinnaman : (Age: 33/Height: 6' 2") Great actor who i first came across in AMC's The Killing which he plays detective Holder a role in which he just kills it every episode. He's not really a big name, but his lead role in the upcoming RoboCop should make him more popular with casual movie goers. I think he has the perfect look, charisma, and it factor to make Aquaman a more popular superhero to casual viewers.

Martian Manhunter/Michael Jai White

Character Bio : Martian Manhunter, also known as J'onn J'onzz, is a superhero from the planet Mars and the last surviving member of his race. A martian holocaust killed his wife and daughter, nearly driving him mad, until he was brought to Earth in an accident caused by scientist Saul Erdel. Although he holds great reverence for his home world, he has come to greatly respect his adopted world as well and protects it as his home. In his secret identity, to blend into humanity, he is a gritty hard-boiled police officer John Jones.

Michael Jai White : (Age: 45/Height: 6' 0") I love this guy i think he's a awesome actor and awesome martial artist. He's been around for a while he was in The Dark Knight, Black Dynamite, and Spawn. If you haven't seen Flesh and Bone i recommend you do the guy is so freaking boss in it. The guy is such a bad ass and that's why he would be perfect for Martian Manhunter.

J. Allen Carter/Leonardo DiCaprio

Character Bio : During the mission he inadvertently released the Imperium from their centuries-long imprisonment and was presumably killed in the process. An Imperium soldier assumed Carter's identity and was elected to the U.S. Senate after his return to Earth. Carter's doppelganger promoted a program of global disarmament in preparation for the Imperium invasion.

Leonardo DiCaprio : (Age: 38/Height: 6' 0") Oscar nominated actor who's probably best known for his work in Titanic, Django Unchained, and The Departed. I almost went with Jake Gyllenhaal, but i think he would be better for this role. He's a great actor with tremendous range who doesn't get enough credit. It would also be kinda cool to see him in a villainous role again.

SUPPORTING CAST

General Wells/Andre Braugher

Character Bio : General Wells was a cynical military general for the United States army, though his skepticism always turned out to be right.

Andre Braugher : (Age: 50/Height: 6' 0") I always envisioned him for this role after watching him on Last Resort. A very good and underrated actor whose been almost in everything. I believe his take on the character would be a terrific one.

Alfred Pennyworth/Christopher Plummer

Character Bio : Alfred serves as Bruce Wayne’s tireless valet, assistant, confidant, and surrogate father figure. In modern interpretations, this has gone to the point where Alfred was Bruce's legal guardian following the death of his parents.

Christopher Plummer : (Age: 83/Height: 5' 10") Wanted someone who had the right look for Alfred, but i also didn't want someone too frail looking like John Hurt for the role. Great actor who's been around forever and definitely has the acting chops to pull off the role.

Steve Trevor/Chris Pine

Character Bio : Steve Trevor is a colonel in the United States Air Force. He is a skilled pilot and a long time romantic interest to Wonder Woman.

Chris Pine : (Age: 32/Height: 6' 1") One of the great young actors currently in Hollywood right now. Was amazing as Kirk in Star Trek and Smokin' Aces. A lot of people have him playing Green Lantern or Flash, but I believe he will be a great choice for Steve.

Lois Lane/Amy Adams

Character Bio : Lois Lane is an investigative reporter at the Daily Planet in Metropolis, and Superman's main love interest. Her closest co-workers are Clark Kent, Jimmy Olsen and Perry White. She is a strong and assertive woman more than capable of handling herself in dangerous situations.

Amy Adams : (Age: 38/Height: 5' 4")Oscar nominated actress who is tanlanted and beautiful. Great actress who was fantastic in The Fighter and amazing in Enchanted. She's already playing Lois Lane in this summer's Man Of Steel and i cant wait to see how she does in it.

Snapper Carr/Jude Law

Character Bio : As an on-site reporter for a Metropolis news station, Snapper Carr was present at many momentous events, such as the Imperium invasion of earth.

Jude Law : (Age: 40/Height: 6' 0") Great actor who's probably best known for his work in Sherlock Holmes, Enemy at the Gates, and Road to Perdition. I chose him for this part because of his roles in Closer and Contagion. I just think he plays the douche a-hole character pretty well.

Rachel Nichols

Character Bio : is the wife of Aquaman, the Queen of Atlantis and a powerful hydrokinetic known for her strength and passion. Her abilities include super-strength, durability, super-speed, and also staying underwater indefinitely.

Rachel Nichols : (Age: 33/Height: 5' 10") Not really a original choice here, but i think she would make a perfect Mera. She's a beautiful and talented actress who is currently starring in Syfy's Continuum. She's probably best known for her work in G.I. Joe and Conan, sure those movie's kinda sucked ,but i thought she was great in those movies.

CAMEOS

Queen Hippolyta /Charlize Theron

Character Bio : She was the first soul to be reincarnated by the Olympian Gods thus becoming Queen of a new race that would become the Amazons. After an affair with Zeus led to Diana's birth. The truth of her divinity was kept secret in order to protect Diana from the wrath of Hera, whose vengeful nature was well known.

Charlize Theron : (Age: 37/Height: 5' 10") Great actress a well known name guaranteed to bring a lot of folks to the theater. Was amazing in Prometheus and was the only good thing about Snow White besides Chris Hemsworth. Has the perfect look and height for the role.

Iris West/Anna Kendrick

Character Bio : She is a reporter for Picture News and friends with Barry due to their respective jobs. It is hinted that Iris has a romantic attraction to Barry. She's a big fan of the Scarlett Speedster and one of his few supporters in Central City. Would wait for the sequel before her and Barry hook up.

Anna Kendrick : (Age: 27/Height: 5' 0") She's a very beautiful and very talented actress. I think she has the acting chops to pull off Iris. A up in comer who's been in a lot of great movies these past couple of years. She was hilarious in Pitch Perfect and quite amazing in 50/50 and Up in the Air, and probably the only Twilight actor with a decent future.

Amanda Waller/Loretta Devine

Character Bio : Amanda "The Wall" Waller is a hardline top-ranking U.S. Government agent involved in clandestine operations. Despite her non-threatening physical appearance, she is almost universally feared as one of the most ruthless women in espionage and politics. She created and runs the Suicide Squad, a team of super-villains running missions for the government in exchange for reduced prison sentences.

Loretta Devine : (Age: 63/Height: 5' 6") Great actress who has the ability to make her character come to life on the big screen.

Major fail.
I'm sorry, but this is really sad IMO and would not be a good DCCU film at all.
The only thing that looks good here is the cinematography choice and keeping Cavill as KalEl

- I did see a clip of James in Political Animals. I gotta say, he has the Bruce Wayne demeanor down. Thank God it isn't Ryan Gosling for the millionth time.
- Winstead is getting a Christina Hendricks-like figure to her, so I'm a little iffy there. But I'll bite!
- I've seen Gosling cast as Flash millions of times. Still, better than Batman.
- I probably need to watch The Killing to see the deal with Kinnaman. But seeing as he was almost Thor, he could be the next best thing: Aquaman.
- Not really sure if I see White as Martian Manhunter. Too ghetto-sounding. Maybe have him as John Stewart, since he voiced him in Justice League: Heroes on the PS2.
- Shouldn't Hippolyta be a little older than Charlize Theron? She is Wondy's mother after all.
- You don't see Kendrick make the rounds on Comic Book Movie that often. I love her bosom!
- Loretta Devine fits the role of a sassy side character than a tough law enforcer. CCH Pounder should get the chance to do live-action damage.

Amazing cast. How about you come and check my casts, then leave comments on them?

Never seen your WW pick act, so I can't approve or disapprove! The rest of the cast is great, though I think Bradley would be better as Guy Gardener. Hope the real movie's cast looks this good!

Get rid of Aquaman and MMH for the first film, it'll just become too much. I think 5 is the perfect number for a kick off movie any more would just confuse audiences. And we if had to get rid of people Aquaman and Jonn would be the first to go. Kick Aquaman off because he's laughingstock, I mean yeah all of us comic guys know that he's cool but according to everyone else on the planet he's a joke and for the first film all Aquaman would do is drive people away from this movie. And get rid of Jonn because almost no one outside of us geeks knows who he is, much less cares. He'd be an unnecessary character to bring in, just keep the trinity + Flash and GL and it'll be perfect and simple.

Nice cast though, regardless of what i think about AM and MMH, never watched a film with your WW choice so I can't support that but other than that I like your choices.
