Yin and Yang with Adoneal have Miranda and are taking her to Psychonaut, or were until Yin went back to get the bags they left at the hotel and fell asleep on the bed I which Yang came in and rejoined with Yin becoming Markus again tired from the transformation. Not wanting to disturb his friend’s well disserved sleep he decided to talk to Miranda and see if he can get her to help them.
Adoneal: Hey, how you feelin?
Miranda: I’m tied up in a hotel with an angelic being and a person who can split himself in two how do you think I feel?
Adoneal: Really…. I don’t know that’s normal for me…wait that came out wrong.
Miranda: (trying to hide a giggle) No, I think that’s about right.
Adoneal: Hey that’s nothing a twelve year old should know about, or think about
and I don’t roll that way!
Miranda: yeah whatever now what do you want to really talk to me about?
Adoneal: Like I said before you tried to run me over with a building I need your help. There’s a guy who’s coming to take over--
Miranda: (Sarcastically) The world?
Adoneal: (With all seriousness) No, he’s was coming to take over the universe, torture it, kill it, and make it a new and better Hell….Literally.
Miranda: (with a little fear in her voice) who’s the guy?
Adoneal: A Demon named Zagan who’s sick of the devil’s orders and has decided to start his own Hell and he’s usin our universe to do it.
Miranda: So what can I do?
Adoneal: (looks back at Markus to make sure he’s asleep) well I was hoping you could give us an advantage in battle.
Miranda: well I’m more of a runner not a fighter.
Adoneal: (not believing her he moves on from that subject) have you ever fused living beings together?
Miranda: Um I don’t know what that has to do with—
Adoneal: (leaning in) have you ever fused living beings together?
Miranda: Yes…why?
Adoneal: Okay I need you to come to battle with us and if we can’t beat Zagan alone I want you to fuse all of us together including yourself.
Miranda: I don’t know if I can do that or even if it’s even possible.
Adoneal: Listen if we win it alone you don’t have to, but tomorrow I will present you to all the superheroes and villains in Eden, and I will tell them of this plan and most likely they’ll vote yes after they see what you can do,
but you have to promise me something else.
Miranda: What is it first?
Adoneal: (exhales) if we start to lose the battle and some of us are killed fuse me and Zagan together so I can kill myself along with him, and you can’t tell anyone about this plan okay.
Miranda: I don’t—
Adoneal: Promise me.
Miranda: ………..Okay I promise
Adoneal: Thank you, now get some rest.
Miranda: On what you’re on the second bed.
Adoneal: Oh yeah (throws a pillow at her) there ya go.
Miranda: No blanket to keep me warm?
Adoneal: Ugh fine I’ll turn on the heater.
Miranda: Fine.
As those three sleep Red Lightning, Energy Spike, Devil Blade, and Yoroku are up work together to analysis and study the data collected by Energy Spikes experiments on Devil Blade trying to find a way to kill Zagan’s army.
Devil Blade: Did you really need to stick hand up there?
Energy Spike: Yes I needed a proper reading of your bodily systems.
Red Lighting: I actually thought it was pretty funny that you had to go through that.
Yoroku: (shudders) I hope never to go through that.
Energy Spike: Anyway brother can I kindly barrow some energy?
Red Lightning: One, don’t call my brother I have a real name. Two, you can absorb any type of energy you feel like. Go stick your hand in an electrical socket.
Energy Spike: You know you don’t have to be so mean I just wanted a little jolt.
Red Lightning: Last time I gave you a “little Jolt” you went crazy off of it and tried to eat me alive.
Yoroku: (to Red Lightning) Wow really? (To Energy Spike) Why did you do that?
Red Lightning: Turns out that when he absorbs my electricity he goes insane to a point where he thinks to stop the insanity he has to eat me.
Devil Blade: (jokingly) that’s good insanity
Yoroku: Yeah that’s really insane man but why not just give him a battery of your power that he can feed on continuously?
Energy Spike: He tried that I prefer the source material.
Devil Blade: Hmmm do you want to come back to Hell with me we could get you a job.
Red Lightning: Shut up! God you’re annoying sometimes.
Devil Blade: I make it a habit, so Dr. Frankenstein have you figured out how to kill my kind cause its almost eight in the morning.
Energy Spike: (looking at notes) No not even close but—
Red Lightning: What! Two day of studies, scans, and probes—
Yoroku: The probes were funny.
Red Lightning: (glares at him and Yoroku backs down) And we still don’t know what can kill him.
Devil Blade: Don’t you mean my kind?
Energy Spike: Listen….let me have some energy please. (Looks at him with kindness)
Red Lightning: Fine but no tricks.
Energy Spike: (puts his hand on his shoulder absorbing some energy) in these dire times I can’t afford to trick you. (He lets go and stands strong his voice has a boom in it and his eyes look more radiant) Now first off you were rude to Yoroku he was just trying to lighten the mood, and I agree that was a bad time to do that but for now listen. I don’t know how to kill his kind because he is no longer one of those creatures he has been altered by um…. Who was it again that altered you again?
Devil Blade: that would be the high demon Rimmon.
Energy Spike: Ah yes and because of Rimmon his form and the creatures’ are slightly different so I can’t figure out how to kill them from Devil Blade physiology but I have figured out how to weaken their power so they are easier to kill, but with a subject I can figure a way to kill them but since they aren’t going to attack for three days I can’t get a subject so I can’t do anymore.
Red Lightning: oh okay, sorry I snapped at ya and at you Yoroku I’m just really tired and stuff so let’s get some rest we suppose to meet everyone at two.
Silver Fang: (In the Window) you’re wrong you know.
Yoroku: What!? Why are you here?
Silver fang: (noticing him) I was about to ask you the same thing.
Energy Spike: Wait what was I wrong about?
Silver Fang: Yeah you’re wrong Zagan’s creatures are going out and attacking I’m here to ask Devil Blade here why that’s happening.
Devil Blade: (looks at everyone) well what did you expect he the guy lied to the devil what made you think he wouldn’t lie to you?
Yoroku: (looking outside) No, it looks like nothing is happening outside for now. He’s not attacking so yeah you’re lying.
Silver Fang: (angered) you callin me a liar! I just saw a bunch of people spread across the bottom of a bridge and their organs spelling out a “catch us if you can “message don’t you dare call me a liar.
Yoroku: Oh…..wow I didn’t know.
Devil Blade: (thinks for a second) yeah that sounds about right.
Red Lightning: What do you know Devil Blade please tell us.
Energy Spike: No, get some rest everyone we’ll have Devil Blade answer our questions in front of everyone so everyone will be up to speed.
Yoroku: Wow I thought you said he goes crazy when he absorbs your electricity, cause right now hes just saying old phrases like “up to speed”.
Energy Spike: Actually I go crazy if I absorb too much of his electricity, like right now I’m fine but if I get in a fight with him and absorb more like that I’ll be insane, and “up to speed” isn’t old is it?
Yoroku: Oh interesting and yes.
Energy Spike: (ignoring the second answer) No, what’s interesting is your left arm. (Looks down at it) why is it a different color and why does it have strange signs edged in it?
Yoroku: Well stand still. (Raises his left hand and a yellow beam comes from it and outlines Energy Spikes body)
Energy Spike: Well that felt weird but I don’t get why you…..OH!
Yoroku’s body has various spikes coming out of it and his hair has turned metallic just like Energy Spike’s. Energy Spike goes up to him with curiosity in his eyes wondering how this could have happened and wondering what else he could do. But before Energy Spike could ask a single question a bright blue light forms from under them and shaking the ground beneath them until there is a bright flash. Suddenly every hero and villain are sitting in the same room again, and as everyone is wondering where they are Psychonaut comes out to speak.
Psychonaut: Welcome and good morning to some.
Red Lightning: Can we go back to bed I haven’t slept in two days.
Psychonaut: Wait I’ll try something on all of those who were sleeping or are tired. (Closes his eyes)
Red Lightning, Yoroku, Energy Spike, Devil Blade, and Silver Fang all drop to the floor like if someone cut the stings to a puppet.
Phantasma: What did you do to them?
Psychonaut: I put them in a hyper sleep.
Sonic Wave: When will they wake up?
Psychonaut: In a few seconds give or take.
Red Lightning: *gasp* who…What…When!
Yoroku: AHHH! (Blasts a chair) Oh sorry about that.
Silver Fang: Ugh! Don’t do that again….actually that felt great never mind.
Energy Spike: Wow that was weird.
Devil Blade: Whoa! I haven’t slept like that in years.
Psychonaut: Alright with that out of the way we can continue. I called the meeting in early because I have some good news and bad news. Bad news we only have three days left and Dimension has not been heard from by anyone, but the good news is we might not need him if we plan this right.
Dimension: (coming through a portal) why thanks for that if you want I can just go back through this portal and patrol the multi-verse. I mean if I’m not needed here even though I came with great news and a plan but nope I see I’m not needed.
Gold Wolf: Oh shut up and sit down we know you’re not leaving.
Dimension: okay you caught me. (Takes a seat) Anyway I have good news and some bad news.
Yoroku: Really you too, just come out with it.
Dimension: Oh sorry, well The Five won’t help us directly due to the fact that they have to watch the whole multi-verse and organize a whole inter- dimensional force, but they gave me access to a blank dimension one in which I think we can trap Zagan in it forever.
Psychonaut: That would work if he couldn’t cross dimensions already.
Red Lightning: Then what’s your plan Psychonaut?
Psychonaut: I’ll tell you but first Adoneal has someone for us to meet.
Adoneal: Hi guys this is Miranda. (Pushes Miranda forward for everyone to see)
Phantasma: why did you bring a little girl here? This is no place for little kids this is the fate of the universe, and if you use this little girl as bait for a plan I already say you are the biggest kind of a$$hole
Adoneal: (to Miranda) Show her please.
Miranda’s hands and eyes glow as she looks at a pen then at pencil. They both start to glow and she brings them together and after a bright flash there’s a wooden pen sitting on the table. Everyone sits in amazement at the marvel that was performed in front of them. And as the room is silent everyone looks at each other wondering what Adoneal’s plan is for this little girl.
Adoneal: I have come to you to show you this girl’s special power and she can do more than that she pretty much can fuse anything to well…anything.
Sonic Wave: Hold on before we move on how did we get here?
Phantasma: Yeah how did we get here?
Psychonaut: Oh well I made a teleportation device and had it lock on to the various yet unique bio-signatures you guys let off, and as an added bonus I made us all communicators due to the fact that cell phone for as advance as they are, you still need a number to call. These will put you in communication with anyone you want to talk to by having them touch it and you can access their brainwaves for a short period of time giving you temporary telepathy.
Gold Wolf: (Acting like he understood) Okay that makes sense.
Sonic Wave: anyway the other matter at hand is that Zagan’s creatures have attacked and we didn’t know about it until it was too late (to devil Blade) we need answers now!
Devil Blade: okay what do you want to know?
Sonic Wave: I...We need to know why they attacked the central bridge way and where will the attack next if he’s going to.
Devil Blade: Oh they attacked the central bridge way well I can tell you why he did that. He sent an attack squad down to the central bridge way to get rid of your spiritual support.
Phantasma: Wait! What!? Why?
Devil Blade: For one they would be our best ally cause they don’t want to be forced into Hell but if he put enough fear into the spirits by oh I don’t know attacking one of the most spiritual places in Eden and the world then yeah they’re going to be too afraid to fight alongside you.
Gold Wolf: So do you know where they’ll strike next?
Devil Blade: Well Zagan is going by the Hell’s conquer strategy, first get rid of the strongest allies, second take out the most threatening weapon your enemy has, and third confront your enemy in battle.
Energy Spike: Oh crap. Can he confront the enemy if they have the most threatening weapon with them?
Devil Blade: Yes.
Phantasma: What did you bring?
Gold Wolf: (panicked) Oh no. I’m not ready for this, not now, can we run?
Red Lightning: Look calm down we—
A rumble shakes the secret meeting hall and the roof is torn off the building revealing Zagan’s creatures ready to attack as our heroes are stunned at the sight of the enemy. Suddenly Red Lightning flies up to one of the creatures holding up the roof and with an electrified fist punches it square in the face sending it flying off in the other direction.
Red Lightning: Come on don’t let me have all the fun! There’re only about twenty-five of em.
At that moment Tiny decides to actually do something in the meeting and grow to his maximum height lifting the roof off with him and chunking it at a few of the creatures. He’s quickly joined by Silver Fang, Sonic wave and Yoroku in the fight as he walks out of the building and into battle. Sonic Wave faces off with five of the creatures hitting each one with a sonic blast one larger than the last. Yoroku engages three creature in an aerial battle where when one of the creatures attacks Yoroku grabs its face and lets out a blast of energy, then flies down grabs a vacant bus and swats the other two into the air were they a electrocuted by Red Lightning as he flies by. Silver fang is fighting alongside Yin and Yang against ten creatures. Silver Fang shows no mercy in the battle by snapping the necks, arms, legs, and spinal cords in the battle while yin is cutting the tendons off of his foes not allowing them to move and while Yin hacks away with his sword cutting his enemies in half in various different ways, but no matter how many times or way the heroes or villains beat their enemy the always seem to be able to come back. Red Lightning comes back to Energy Spike, Phantasma, Psychonaut, Dimension and Adoneal who stayed behind and watch the ultimate weapon.
Red Lightning: We need to use the weapon they just keep coming back
Phantasma: What’s the weapon?
Energy Spike: It’s a bomb but it’s not tested yet.
Phantasma: You made a bomb….that’s it?
Red Lightning: It’s not that kind of bomb.
Psychonaut: just fire the damn thing.
Energy Spike fires the bomb, and everyone hears a high pitch noise that is followed by a strange waving energy field and as it passes the heroes and villains lose their powers, but so do the creatures. Due to the battle most of the creature ended up dying as the energy field passes them and the ones who survived see this and become scared and ran away.
Red Lightning: We won! (To Energy Spike) So when do we get our powers back?
Energy Spike: (turns off the bomb) I don’t know.
