Looking for treatments for fan films

Do you have ideas for superhero movies? Would you like to see them featured in a fan film? This is your post!

Hey there! As you will have read, I'm the writer of some fan films, including super hero adaptations of Batman (directed by Uriel Gustavo) and Flash (directed by Cristian Llanos).

I have plenty of ideas for super hero films, but simply I can't get a good synopsis/treatment that helps me writing the script.

So, I'd like you to help me.

I need ideas for a Spider-Man fan series of three episodes. I would write it, I just need a synopsis, or a treatment, to follow.
The ideas I have are that it would be similar in tone (darker, more realistic) than the 2012 film and its video game. Oscorp would still play a big role in the story, but the story of Peter's parents would not be shown.
I would like to have a post-credits scene showing the sequel's villain, Norman Osborn, and references to other villains, like in the videogame with Morbius, Stromm, Norman Osborn, etc.
The villain: Doctor Octopus. An Oscorp scientist that invents four mechanical arms to make dangerous experiments. But one of his experiments goes wrong, and the arms now control his mind.
The characters would be the same as the 2012 film, with the addition of Harry Osborn (not Norman). Gwen would still be the love interest.
Captain Stacy would be murdered by Doc Ock, and Spider-Man couldn't do anything.
In the end Octopus is defeated, not killed.

I wish I could help but I haven't really read any dark spider-man comics or any other spider-man comics for that matter except for the new series with Miles Morales. I understand realistic but dark. Hell I thought spider-man 3 was pretty dark. Something about the amazing spider-man just seems a lot more serious than dark.
