Moon Knight is an awesome character. He has a very original background, and in my opinion deserves his own movie franchise. With that being said, this is the 2nd story in my MCU based on Moon Knight. I know that there isn't that much new characters, but Moon Knight doesn't really have that much of supporting characters, but i did add a few more. I've also had this ready for quite some time (same with the next 2 parts of my MCU) just in case any one thinks i'm rushing it.
The next 2 parts to my MCU should be up soon, introducing 2 new heroes that i haven't cast before! Until then, check out Moon Knight II, which i decided to call Vengeance of the Moon Knight.
Vengeance of the Moon Knight
Daredevil has disappeared. Black Panther left back to his native land, Wakanda. Punisher is a registered criminal in Shadowland. The only remaining vigilante currently is Moon Knight, but even he hasn’t been seen for a long time. We learn that Marc Spector has seemingly been cured of his MPD. He is travelling the world, and at an art gallery, he sees Marlene Alraune for apparently the first time in a while. He reveals that he believes that his fight with Werewolf cured him of his powers, and shows her a scar from the fight. She seems happier that he isn’t Moon Knight anymore. However, as they return to New York, Spector is soon told by “voices” to visit the tomb of Khonshu. He reunites with Frenchie, and they drive to the tomb during the night. He arrives to find that he was summoned by the Cult of Khonshu, who are angered at the fact that he has not been serving his master for a while. He is given new armor, and apparently has his MPD restored before taking the statue of Khonshu with them by force. A man is soon told by a servant that “it’s gone” and it is revealed to be Raoul Bushman, whom was originally thought to be dead. Marlene soon leaves Spector upon realizing that he has become Moon Knight again, while Spector begins investigating the “Midnight Man” murders. He has struck at midnight for the last three nights, each time leaving a different letter on his victims body. Thus far it spells, “VEN”. As Spector attempts to reconcile with Marlene, he goes out as Moon Knight first, but soon gets a call telling him he is a fool for thinking a man who is named “Midnight Man” would strike at any other time than midnight. It is revealed to be Raoul Bushman. Spector calls Frenchie on a different phone telling him to get out of his house right away. (He was there too). Frenchie soon hears a tick and dives, probably saving Marlene’s life, as an explosion destroys the Moon Knight mansion. As Spector arrives, he finds out Bushman has already left with the Mooncopter, but decides to stay with Marlene and Frenchie before going after his arch enemy. Marlene is ok, but Frenchie’s legs have been amputated. Frenchie insists it wasn’t Spector’s fault, but insists he has to finish Bushman once and for all. A news report indicates how the Midnight Man murders have now spelt “VENGEANC”, leaving Spector to believe it will spell Vengeance. He attempts to end both Bushman and Midnight Man once and for all before being lured on a chase scene by Midnight Man to the top of a bridge. Bushman appears not soon after, and kills Midnight Man, whom it was revealed was working for Bushman all along, and sends Spector into the ocean, believing he’ll drown. Spector barely swims to shore before racing after the fleeing Bushman in the Mooncopter. As Bushman sets it to Auto-pilot, they have one last fight before Spector ends their battle once and for all by stabbing him in the chest with one of his crescent darts. As he finally defeated his arch enemy, we see Moon Knight atop a building narrating about how the city depends on “them” (referring to the other vigilantes) to keep them safe. He hears a scream, and dives off the building, going to exact justice.
Tom Hardy as Marc Spector aka Moon Knight
Tom Hardy is an amazing, up and coming actor. He is also one of my favorites (if you've been counting, i have 3 of my favorite actors in my MCU) and although he's already in a CBM (
The Dark Knight Rises), i think he could deliver a great performance as Moon Knight.
Jennifer Morrison as Marlene Alraune
Morrison is a great actress, (she also starred with Tom Hardy in
Warrior. If any one deserves the role of Marc Spectors' on again, off again lover, i think it's Morrison.
Tahar Rahim as Jean Paul "Frenchie" DuChamp
Rahim was my only choice for Frenchie, he was when i first cast Moon Knight in my MCU, and is now. He's also French, too.
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Raoul Bushman
In my opinion, he's the best choice available for Bushman, not only does he look like him, but he is a pretty good actor, too.
Steve Buscemi as Midnight Man
I originally saw this choice on someone else's Moon Knight fancast, and couldn't agree more. Buscemi is a great actor, and could really bring Midnight Man to life. Also, in my MCU, i have Midnight Man as more of a serial killer than a robber.
Tom Courtenay as Bertrand Crawley
When it comes to playing the homeless man who gives Moon Knight details on crime, no one deserves it more than Courtenay, that's my opinion.
Debbie Allen as Gena Landers
To be honest, i was just looking for someone who looked the role, as there's not much acting required for her. Debbie Allen was the best i could find.
David Kaye as the voice of Khonshu
He has shown great diversity when it comes to voice acting. He's done both protagonist roles and antagonist roles. I think he could pull of Khonshu perfectly.
That's it! No hate comments please! The next parts should be up soon! Until then, check out some of my other fancasts, including the earlier parts to my MCU! (They're in order)
