How can Spiderman feature in Marvel Cinematic Universe without a major backstory?

Greetings All!!

Firstly, I'd like to thank you all for taking time to read this. the below views are all mine and may or may not reflect in the real worl, but considering our shared universe of Comic Book Movies, who knows if this becomes true? So here are my views about how Peter Park/Spiderman can feature in the Marvel Cinematic Universe without a lenghty backstory and re-introducing Parker all over again.

Everybody knows Spiderman and there is no need to give a backstory of Uncle Ben and Aunt May again. As we all rejoice to the news of Spidey swining back to Marvel and ready to take stand along with the likes of Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Vision, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver and become a key member of The Avengers in time, there are questions as of how can Spiderman swing quickly instead of waiting for his arrival on 2017 which is rather far away.

"WIth great power (Spiderman) comes greater responsibilty (MCU)" Who is he? Spiderman! Andrew Garfield may have lost his chance to be Peter Parker again and if he still is considered to be our friendly neighbourhood web-swinging hero, that would save a lot of time from the heavy time consuging re-casting of our favorite hero. But, we want Spiderman to be a part of Avengers Initiative and sooner! With recasting it is eventually impossible to re-shoot for Avengers: Age Of Ultron, which is months away from now and yet there is hope for Spidey to take stand if not center-stage, share it equally in Captain America: CIvil War, which has a huge important role for Spiderman as per the graphic novel series. But how can we get Spidey to fit in so quickly?

Below are my views and speculation of how Spiderman can still fit into the MCU without much pressure of his backstory and complications with The Avengers. Putting forth my thoughts in points to cut the long story short.

1. Avengers: Age Of Ultron

Bring in Peter Parker in a cameo. With or without a costume, maybe just a silhoutte or a dialogue. No need to wait till casting an actor and also please us fans why not? (If Andrew Garfield is still considered, for his role as Peter Parker and Spiderman was indeed impressive, humor and emotional being major part of Spidey's personality) There can be just a dialogue or a symbol or him in his costume swinging around in the city and facing Tony Stark at the end of the film in his mask obviously. That way Spiderman/  Peter Parker can, with this cameo be introduced in...

2. Captain America: Civil War

Here, the challenge is of making Spiderman a part of The Avengers team. Now the question is how can we accept a new Spiderman into the team so quickly. Well, look at Doctor Bruce Banner, our green golaith The Incredible Hulk. On similar lines, Spiderman can play his role as in the comic books by unmasking himself as Peter Parker and also introducing a new face/actor to us all who let's hope Marvel bosses and Kevin Feige would make a better choice to replace Andrew Garfield.
Now, the question would be how can Spiderman be suddenly famous in the MCU when there is no backstory? Simple, in a way... Peter Parker was a spectator in The Avengers, which can be a flashback to introduce Spiderman's not too deep backstory, since the cameo in AOU will have more relevance of his existence in the MCU as a small-time superhero who makes a choice to team-up for a larger cause of saving the planet.
So, we have Peter Parker in flashback as a witness of the battle of NY and show him as a hero who wants to join The Avengers for a larger role having superpowers for good of mankind.
And from here the story takes off where Tony Stark who is anyways taking the role of being against Captain America will use Peter Parker as a bait, upgrade his Spidey costume and begin Civil War almost on similar lines of the comics.

So here it is, short and to the point, my views on how Peter Parker/Spiderman can enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe and save time on his backstory (which everybody knows) and kickstart to be in Marvel Phase 3 with Doctor Strange, Antman and Captain Marvel along with Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Vision, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.

Sound off your views and here is wishing all Spiderman lovers the best to look forward to hereafter. :)

Cheers!
Amyth.

He shouldn't have a big role in Civil War. The unmasking would still have no weight whatsoever to the audience or the people in the world of the movie.

That's still stupid. He wouldn't unmask to the public in the first place because NO ONES would care about him. It's way too early as well, I wouldn't even want Garfield to unmask if they were continuing TASM. And if they're going for a high school Spider-Man that'd be even stupider for them to do. Imagine a 16 or 17 year old kid being harassed by paparazzi, super villains, civilians, superheroes on the opposing side, and at the least fellow students. That'd be a very bad decision and they just can't erase that from everyone's memories like in the comics. Yeah that'd be stupid as hell.
