After Spider-Man defeated The Vulture during the events of his first solo installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Andrian Toomes (Michael Keaton) lands a rehabilitation job at Oscorp Industries, after he is released from prison. Oscorp is one of the most recognizable businesses in New York City, creating advanced technology and military weapons. Turns out Toomes works in a dark company full of secrets, where he isn't without a reason. When Toomes finds out he can be part of a sinister group of people planning to bring Oscorp's biggest rival Stark Industries down, he agrees to seek his revenge on Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and Spider-Man (Tom Holland).
