Friendship Peter and Flash:
In the high school gym, Peter and Flash are playing one on one in basketball. After the game they sit in the bleachers. Flash tells Peter he plans on going to go into the military after high school because his dad can't afford to send him to college. Surprised, Peter tells Flash good luck. Flash asks Peter how it is going with Gwen. Peter thinks in his head about how he is always blowing her off being Spider-man. He tells Flash that he's worried because she is going to London soon and they never have time for each other. Laughing, Flash wonders why because Peter has no job and never does his homework. Jokingly, he tells Peter that between drinking and being a jerk his dad always used to say "Time is a created thing, To say I don’t have time is the same as I don’t want to". Peter thinks for a second then laughs asking Flash when did he get so philosophical. Flash pushes him and say "hey it’s true". Peter agrees and thinks about it. In the scene also apeared Missy Kallenback



The murderer of Uncle Ben :

 A night dress Spiderman Peter jumps from a building and swings in their webs making a huge and includes many acrobatic swing. After subjecting the street thugs asks regarding the criminal who shot Uncle Ben . One of the thugs on the street tells you that the man works for Herman Schultz, a smuggler of illegal weapons. Spiderman which locates Schultz left hanging upside down with cobweb and subjected to interrogation. Schultz reveals that he was getting weapons to fight against Russian gangsters in gang warfare . He tells Spider -Man that the murderer of Uncle Ben is the name Dennis Carradine and obtained weapons for customers. Spiderman out of the building leaving Herman hung and goes in search of Dennis . Spider -Man finally finds Carradine making a deal with some members of the band in the alley behind the bar Nuno , though Carradine escapes when he sees one of Spider- Man 's friends Carradine takes a civilian hostage. After Spider -Man pursues Carradine 's car to an alley, and is Carradine murdered and buried under a pile of trash. A symbol on the wall says "CK" in the blood ay as a flashback where we see a red-haired murderer , killing Carradine and CK blood typing , you see a flashback of a dark haired man murdering Carradine and claiming to be " The Carnage Killer " Spiderman Call 911 to report a dead body. Peter goes home to see Aunt May and listening to the news that Carradine by a man to the police call " The Killer Carnage " Whitney Chang reports on it was killed.

Norman Osborn at Oscorp :

The next scene shows caution tape at Oscorp and a giant hole in a glass window where Rhino broke out. There are police officers and investigators everywhere checking out the scene. Inside of Oscorp we see a tall man with brown hair in a grey suit. He is walking through the halls of Oscorp checking out all the damage. We never see his face because we are behind him and he is coughing viciously. The man finally walks into his office and sits down into his chair. He begins to cough some more into a handkerchief and you see blood on it. As he throws the handkerchief down on the desk the office door opens and his assistant Donald Menken walks in. He looks at at the man, who turns out to be Norman Osborn, and is shocked. Menken pleads with Norman to go back home and says that he is too sick to be walking around the building. Instead of addressing this, Norman starts to yell at Menken for all the problems at Oscorp. He then begins to cough and almost falls out of his chair. When Donald Menken goes to help him up he notices the handkerchief with blood. Menken tells Norman that he is getting worse and he is going to die. Norman finds the strength to get up and say that if it wasn’t for the incompetent scientists and doctors he’d have a cure. Donald Menken tells him Parker and Connors were their best scientists and he begins to say “ And you ki…..”. But Norman cuts him off before he could finish and tells Menken to find the next best scientist. Menken grabs the phone and tells his secretary to tell Max Dillon that he has to come in on his day off tomorrow.

Max and his mother:
Max's mother visits him at his apartment and had forgotten that this was the birthday of his son. Besides scolding for being mediocre. Max finally says goodbye reluctantly going to Oscorp.

Maybe ....
In the center of high, Gwen kisses Peter goodbye as he goes to college and Gwen goes to work at Oscorp. In front of the high school and Pedro sees Randy and Liz will talk behind a limo Harry Osborn Peter stops is low and is on the phone with his father telling him that he is mad because he cares it is work. Randy asks Liz, who is the rich kid. Liz says she moved to France last semester. While Liz adds that she has the 3rd period with him and his name is Harry. As for your face and remember the name of Harry, Peter realizes that he knew the guy.

Norman's Death extended Scene:
They talk about Peter as in the trailer, Norman says this can not be saved and will not suffer the same fate, Harry shows her his arm as poisoned as the face of his Father, and then after you give it norman Company, Harry says he does not like his motives and respected before and now hates, Norman tells Harry that he is a disgrace and I never loved him. Harry spits in the face and leaves.

The conference Kinping and Harry:
The conference is after the death of Norman, Harry inherits the company, having a conference with the partner of Oscorp Kinpin, both count as the company will improve and advertise their companies are working together to fund Crime Unit improved after showing a prototype of police wearing special armor and hovercraft (the two elf), but they also say that if all goes well in about 3 years they can start using them, when Wilson Fisk offers to take Oscorp out of the hands of Harry, Harry refuses. Wilson Fisk says he will wait for Harry to die from the disease that killed his father Norman Osborn.

Max and Spiderman:  
At Max’s apartment, it is 2:00 in the morning and he is running around stressing out about how he can’t find a stabilizer for the serum. He is drawing diagrams, balancing equations, and picking different species that can hold everything together. He finally gives up and turns on his TV. On the news there is a story on spider-man and the reporter is talking about all the good he has done in the last year and a half. The reporter interviews many residents with mixed feelings about him including J. Jonah Jameson. Then the reporter interviews the new head of police chief and the person who thought of the Ravencroft prison Jean DeWolff. DeWolff thanks Spider-man for all his help and begins to talk about the Ravencroft prison. During this story she questions where did he come from and what makes him so special. She then closes off with it doesn’t matter because he has complete control over crime in this city. Max Dillon is intrigued by the footage of spider-man and begins to put the pieces together. When the reporter says control Max instantly realizes that spider-man is the key. So he grabs all of his work, catches a cab, and goes to the Oscorp building.

Friend, Partner and Brother:
Inside the condo, Peter notices all the amazing stuff Harry has and how rich he is. He jokes about how he doesn’t remember all this stuff being here. Harry chuckles and says his dad really got carried away with the detail when they remodeled. Peter makes a comment about how he would need a lot of jobs just to get this stuff. Harry hearing the tone in his voice asks if he needs a job. Peter wonders what Harry has in mind. Harry gives him a Daily Bugle newspaper and says he sees Peter's pictures in the university, newspaper and thinks they’re amazing. Peter thanks Harry and looks at the cover of the newspaper. Its headline says Spidey and a Russian Man cause grand destruction. Peter throws the paper onto the couch while Harry says he has connections with the lead editor and can set up an interview by tomorrow. Peter and Harry start to talk and they reminisce about what they used to do when they were younger. They spend all afternoon playing video games, playing with the cool art around the house, and reminiscing. While in Harry’s room Peter looks at his watch and notices he have to go, he said bye to Harry and go out. Harry remember that when he was 11 year's old his father hit him because he want to stay being friendo of Peter Parker.

Max meets his new owner:
In Oscorp, a tired Max Dillon is in his cluttered office, ending the equations of spider-man when Harry Osborn walks, and when you see this by going to Dillon asks who he is and does, max shows your progress spider, Max notes that spider-Man Oscorp wine and that he is special. Max says he's the only one that does not turn into a mutated monster and he is the key, this kindly tells Max that his office room and find evidence elsewhere

Scene at the Daily:
At the Daily Bugle, Robert Robertson is taking attendance of the freelance photographers who want a permanent job at the paper. J.Jonah Jameson, the chief editor, is yelling at everyone to do their job better and is making jokes about how they all suck. Jonah then asks his secretary Betty Brant where this Peter Piper kid is. Betty corrects Jonah and says his name is Parker. J.J says he doesn’t care what his name is he’s not here. Peter then comes in out of breath, stuffing his costume in his bag, and runs over to Jameson. Peter grabs Jonah’s hand, shakes it and says “I’m Peter....” but before he can finish Jonah pulls back his hand and says he doesn’t care and get out. Angry because he messed up, Peter turns to leave. J.J turns to Betty and asks where is this kid named Parke; J.J says that he has 5 seconds to get here. Betty points out that the kid he just threw out is Peter Parker. Confused because he thought his first name was Parker, J.J blames Betty for the mistake and calls back Peter. Peter runs back and introduces himself as they walk into his office. Peter then tries to explains why he's late but J.J interrupts Peter and says “Time waits for no one if you wanted to be here on time you would’ve”. J.J says that he doesn’t care if Harry thinks you’re a great photographer I think your crap. He points over to the group of freelancers and says they want this job harder than Peter and they show up on time. He tells Peter if he doesn’t show him something good by tomorrow he can forget about a job. Peter leaves and says I won’t let you down. As Peter leave you here J.J begin to yell at the employees more.

Visit to Doctor Curtis Connors:
 At Ravencroft prison, it is lights out and there a mass amount of security outside. Two guards are just finishing up roll call before everyone goes to sleep. They call out Freddie Sanders (Freak), Carlos Lamuerto (Black Tarantula), Morris Bench (Hydro-man), Jonathan Ohnn (Spot) Herman Schultz (Shocker), Edward Whelan (Vermin), and Rhino. Peter is on top of the facility and puts his spider-man mask on as he sneaks through a secret passageway. When Spider-man makes it inside he sneaks past the sleeping inmates to Connors cell. Spider-man finds the cell and does a secret knock on the glass. Dr. Connors hides in the shadows and says he doesn’t want to talk. Spider-man tries to convince him to talk and begins to ask questions about his parents but then Dr. Connors walks to the glass and says go away. His face looks scraggly and he has an unruly beard. Peter takes off his mask and begins to get angry because he comes every week and learns nothing. Frustrated peter raises his voice and emotionally bangs the glass. Connors sees how important this is to him and finally caves in. Dr.Connors says he will tell Peter something if and only if he never comes back. Peter agrees and Connors tells the story. Connors says him, Peter's father, and Norman Osborn were on the brink of a scientific revolution. They were testing out many theories and different ways to make the world better, but Norman became focused on one thing a serum that could make humans invincible. Peter asks what happened to them that broke the team up. Connors reveals during an experiment there was a chemical explosion and that Norman was infected with a new disease. He also reveals that they couldn’t cure this disease causing him to become bitter and senile. He ends the story with saying that Peter’s dad left and Norman has been pushing around him and people like Max Dillon ever since. Peter begins to ask why his father left, when Connors says that’s enough for tonight and he walks away. Peter pleads for more but Connors says goodbye to Peter and tells him to never come back. Peter puts on his mask and leaves the prison with more questions than answers.

Stupid Investigation:
 At Oscorp, Max is walking through the halls with his Spider-man research when he sees Gwen.Gwen sees Max and goes to talk to him. Trying to impress his new friend, Max asks Gwen if she wants to come to the top floor and see his desk. Being the nice person she is Gwen follows him to his desk where Max shows off all his research. On his desk, are dozens of pictures of Spider-man and spiders scattered all over the place.Gwen asks why is he so interested in Spider-man. Max says that he can’t tell her everything but since their friends he tells her that Spider-man is the key to him getting respect. Gwen thinks about what that means, until Donald Menken, and the lead board members walk over to his desk. Max asks what’s going when Meneken starts throwing Max's stuff in a box. Menken says the board feels his Spider-man idea is ludicrous and only a lunatic would think of it. Max surprised tries to defend his theory when Menken tells him that they are closing down the bioengineering and cross species genetics department blaming, it’s all on Max. Now yelling at this point Max is ashamed by Menken in front of everyone including Gwen. Finally, Menken fires Max (with a electrificient pistole)  and walks away. Gwen tries to comfort Max but he grabs his box and storms off. Donald Menken points at Gwen and tells her that she is going to stay late tonight and help them pack up equipment.

The Crazy Jamescom:
At the Daily Bugle, Peter is talking to Jonah and showing him really good pictures of parks, buildings, and various landmarks in NYC. But Jonah thinks they’re all garbage until he sees the picture of Spider-man and Lizard from before. J.J throws away the others and says he’ll take this one. Peter scared that his secret might be out he tries to make up an excuse for why he has them. J.J says he doesn’t care how he got pictures they’re front page material. Peter says that J.J must really love Spider-man. J.J retaliates saying that he hates Spider-man and everything he stands for but he makes money so he puts Spider-man on the front page. J.J then tells Peter that he’s one step closer to getting the job. He tells Peter that tonight him and three other interns will ride through the city in a Daily Bugle news van and take pictures of the latest stories. As Peter leaves J.J’s office J.J chuckles and says maybe you’ll get a picture of Spider-man tonight. Peter walks by Betty’s desk as she says see you tonight.

Tour with the Bugle:
Out of Daily Bugle Robert Robertson is sitting in the driver's seat of one of the vans while JJ is separating people into groups. Finally, call Betty, Ned Leeds, Glory Grant, and Peter Parker. Peter runs a little late and only heard his name called. The groups get into vans and drive around town. Meanwhile, Peter and his group are taking photos of a flash mob in Central Park, complete and Peter must go to meet Gwen.

Extended Time's Square Battle:
When not remember Spiderman on behalf of Max who says max attacks became electro blame him because he is the key to getting him to be the best employee of Oscorp getting the life of Harry Osborn , Spider -man is confused about Max and I are still talking down. Max launches into Spider -man , but he dodges out of the way and Max crashes into the front of a taxi. Spider -man is about Max and tells him she will take to get fixed . But when Spider -man tries to pick up until it receives a large electric shock. They fight like in the movie , the part of the spider sense and others, there is more action in this firmament , more violence , more crazy than Normal electro Gwen ... and then when Max finally throws a trash can lid with electric charge appears, but Spider -man moves out of the way and deep at the head of Max . Gwen yells at him to stop Max . Spider -man turns around and yells at Gwen " what are you doing , get out of here . " Max takes this distraction and shock Spider -man in the chest. Stunned Spiderman falls to the floor holding his chest. Gwen runs to help but Max shoots electricity hands and said to come back. The electrical discharge Gwen send back a lot of garbage in an alley. Spider -man sees this and goes into a rage filled , mercilessly beating Max and throws up on a band on a light pole. Then Spider -man grabs a fire hose and sprayed on near Max, ccon firefighters in that part fun and ends the incident and max is taken to Ravencroft . , Spider -man calls Gwen and carried an empty alley . Peter takes his mask and asks Gwen to wake up. Begins to give CPR and pumping his chest. Calm when Peter finally begins to hear her breathing.

Gwen at the Hospital:
 At the hospital, Gwen is in her bed while Peter, Aunt May and her family are there watching her. The doctor says that she will be fine and she can leave by tomorrow afternoon. Peter is still worried when he thinks he sees Captain Stacy standing by the door. Peter goes to the hallway to see if he’s real, but when gets there he sees nothing. Then he turns around and Captain Stacy is sitting in the chair behind him. Captain Stacy tells Peter to sit down so they can talk. Peter sits down in disbelief that Captain Stacy is in front of him. Captain Stacy says that he knows that Peter broke his promise. Peter apologizes saying he didn’t mean to get Gwen hurt and wishes he never got involved with her. Captain Stacy says he understands and that Gwen really loves him. He also tells Peter that he is reminds him of himself, and that Gwen doesn’t need to lose two loves this young in her life. Peter puts his head in his hands and says he doesn’t know what to do and that he can’t choose. Captain Stacy puts his hand on Peter’s shoulder and say that he’s a bright kid and he’ll know what to do. Then he disappears as Peter is left with his thoughts.

Peter get a Job:
 Peter picks it up and it’s J.Jonah Jameson. He’s counting and throwing money laughing into the phone. Peter asks Jameson why is he so happy. J.J says it because of Peter’s great Spider-man and Electro pictures he sent him were and how much money he’s making. Confused, Peter is about to set the record straight when J.J interrupts Peter and tells him that he was the one that got the permanent photographer’s job. Peter happy he got the job thanks J.J and hangs up the phone.

Kinping Foundation:
At the foundation, and talk about Peter (Who was sent by the Daily) Wilson Fisk, Peter then goes to buy alo drinking and finds Felicia, a wealthy girl wearing fancy dresses and treats him with indifference, finds Harry speaks and gives more information Kingpin, located at the end Peter Kinpin and talk with him about his views on the Electro will see in some scenes shown on TV and on the Russian mafia.

Felicia and Harry become boysfriends :
  Felicia goes to Osborn Mansion leave certain roles and Harry asks about her life, she tells him that it is a very wealthy very intelligent girl, and others and asks why Harry works as a secretary to answer because what Felicia wants livelihood herself while studying, studying Harry asks and tells Felicia and other science and Harry says that surely if still in command when she finished the race and will hire a high position, and after chatting something and Harry eats and takes her to bed. But whe don't really see that part.

Memories of Harry:
Memories arising from his childhood when his mother as abandonment at age 7, when she went to school, when you did bulín when his father hit him for wanting to remain friends with Peter Parker and more ....

Alternative Transformation Green Goblin:

An attack on Oscorp by the Green Goblin:
The Green Goblin attacks Oscorp, and destroys many other things, attacking some employees and his girlfriend Felicia sees it.

Extended ClockTower's Fight:
Fight Extended Clock Tower : They fight a little before the death of Gwen and Peter after screaming , " You killed the woman I love " and still a great fight ... until the troll escapes and is not trapped by Ravencroft . The scene includes a beginning where Harry is going to meet his glider while talking to the same as in the comic when Norman is in the bathroom and others. After an extended conversation with Peter and Gwen where electro beat , a longer fight with more action and entertainment that Peter finally throws Gwen cobweb in the neck, "Snack " and Gwen dies from that, Peter yells he is going to kill the troll laughs but this what happened, Peter rises and hits him with an uncontrollable fury, this leaves a smoke bomb and escape . Peter takes Gwen 's body on the street and ask what happened policemen said that Spiderman killed him and want to ask questions and Spiderman escapes while the police shoot him .

Conversation Peter and Aunt May in Stacy 's funeral :
Peter finds himself alone in the unfinished tomb of Gwen. He turns to see Aunt May 's mother walking with Gwen at close range, letting you know that everything has a reason and everything will be fine . Peter looks back at the grave of Gwen.
PETER 'll find it and I'll kill him for you. You did not deserve this , I did. I deserve this .
Peter is looking at Gwen 's grave in anger and sadness. Aunt May comes up behind him and hugs him.
AUNT can come here ..
Aunt May wraps her arms around Peter as she cries on his shoulder.
Aunt May ( CONT'D) I do not know why such things happen. But I know it happens to the best people , so do not ever think you're the only one who has been through the loss of the person you love . But there is much more to life then wait to mourn .
PETER I hate ... so much. I can not stop thinking ...
Aunt May never think about that , Peter. Never. Harry Osborn will get what comes with it. But revenge is not the answer . There is too much good in you . Do not let hatred cloud your mind. You are Peter Parker. The most loving, caring person I've known since Uncle Ben ...
Aunt May begins to sprout.
Aunt May ( CONT'D) ... and I do not want you to be one.
Peter 's frustration for revenge or to hear true words obviously hurts May in the heart and both arms .

The strange call from " Gwen " :

Peter is working on his computer, looking for the causes of death of Gwen and see who was who broke her neck, then her phone rings and attends because it's Gwen , Harry is in the mansion Whiskey and taking mad face Ravencroft like the end of the movie
Peter : What do you want ?
Harry : Finish things we have not finished yet
Peter : I finished all you Harry.
Harry : Well, Peter , I'm not done with you all . And maybe I'm not done with Aunt May . Maybe I'm not done with Ms. Stacy and maybe he could start planning a family reunion under the earth .
Peter : I swear to God , if you touch ...
Harry Well, then you just talk to me?
Peter 'm talking now . What do you want ?
Harry just want you to know that I'm not thinking hurt anyone if you give me a chance.
Peter A chance to do what?
Harry One more chance to end his life. We both know we can not do this forever . If you defeat me , I will return , and someone dies, I'm going back , I 'm going back and defeats . You see the pattern. We seem to have a problem. Never ended things . We just finished temporarily and wait for a better time . Peter want me dead accept it as much as I want you dead . It's only going to end one way . So what you say?
PETER Where?
Harry At Oscorp (I Change this)
Peter You will not make it through the night .
Harry That's funny. I was about to say the same. See you soon.
The call ends and Peter is frozen . He knows he should not. He knows deep in his heart that this is not the right thing to do. But his hatred is so deep Osborn . It would just be so ... satisfying. He pulls his long-sleeved shirt , revealing his Spider -Man costume .
(This scene is front the script that I mencioned in the scena conversation with aunt may in Gwen's funeral)

The last battle with Green Goblin:

The last battle in the Oscorp , where a and more excitement , more fighting , more action , more blood , more violence and end Harry just shattered and dying and Peter tries to fool with Glider , slow motion after ( spider sense ) it rises up and gives Harry in the stomach , then Ravencroft shows his physical with abdominal and things that are nailed the glider in the stomach but does not die ... the battle is very violent , Harry fight with everything but Peter can not hit enemies much for fear of killing them , this wild and hits him so many times that even if the elf has learned force can not dodge his attacks and is very dying and bleeding, then Peter realizes what he is doing is wrong and Harry fail to kill spiderman glider but this jumps and glider stabs Harry in the stomach. Before you talk about who killed Gwen was Peter .

Peter and Harry in the Hospital of Oscorp :
After his fight Harry seriously injured thanks to its glider, Peter takes him to emergency care providers and Oscorp where you and others make electrocutador and Peter wait outside , then goes Menken and Peter says, " And ? " To which this answers " Harry will be fine , will survive this ," Peter jumps for joy , menken says "However, for their crimes will be taken to a high security prison " are images of Ravencroft and Harry being escorted trip " where will receive training and will change your lifestyle " Harry is training hard there, Peter : What is jail , responds Menken " The Ravencroft boarding "
What happened in 5 months ? No more Spiderman : That Peter is attending college (Empire College estate ) , a teacher scolding him alone after class , while the speech I heard Gwen , Peter throws his suit away on a alley ... and other things that make us feel sad and just ends the speech opened Peter sees a place that sells comics and hard surprise for Stan Lee ( her former music teacher ) comics sold there, asks why this was removed and other have a chat and Stan says " Why so these Peter ? You look very sad "

Post- credits SceneS:
In the Post - Credits , just after passing the images of the six Sinister Kingpin is in the main office of Oscorp used by Norman , Harry , Menken and now Kingpin, and talk to the governor about the proposed special forces and reaches the Chameleon puts his mask Meken and Kingpin says that the real work is about to start , look out the window and taking a Kinping this wine in a glass chamber approaches the cup that has a red wine and red now connected with this opening scene where Fiers password (red ) fourth of secret projects , where we also see the venom project opens a vault and is the head of Norman Osborn, Fiers says "It's time to wake up old friend " makes a zoom Norman and see how open your eyes and yellow yellow eyes are now out of Harry saying a few months later, this was Oscorp , a door opens , enter a password and there are plenty of small domes but no one with the nr 14 , this opens it and there's the venom in a chemical vessel, Harry Smiles and purpose.

And that's All, but one more thing i think that "The Amazing Spiderman 2" should have called "The Amazing Spiderman 2: Enemies Unite" like the last trailer, that's my perfect title
