I tried this out a little while ago and have since had a few more ideas.

Thomas Gibson or Karl Urban as Bruce Wayne/Batman
From the little we know, we can say there will be a fight. Being that this Batman is a bit more experienced than we know him, it’s likely he will be responding to the events in Man of Steel. Bruce isn’t a naive guy. Perhaps the fact that the studio is looking for a 36-43 year old actor tells us something. What if Bruce, through all his experience and pain over the years, has become cynical? What if Jor-El’s words to Clark, “In time, they will join you in the sun. In time, you will help them accomplish wonders.” apply to Batman despite his pre-establishment as a hero? Could this be another story of rehabilitation (in a sense)?
Note: Gibson in Criminal Minds has a similar charisma to that of Conroy voicing Batman.
Kenneth Branagh or David Thewlis as Alfred Pennyworth
A bit younger version who could be more a companion to Bruce while remaining to be a butler.
Michael Shamus Wiles as Commissioner Gordon
Let's go back to an older Jim Gordon. Michael plays the head of the DEA in Breaking Bad, a slightly similar role to police commissioner. Note: I couldn't find a better picture.
Sammi Hanratty as Barbara Gordon
If sidekicks for Batman are brought in, let's start with Batgirl and hold off on Robin, promising his appearance later on.
Jeremy Ratchford as Lt. Bullock
How has Bullock managed to keep his name out of Batman movies? How?
Lennie James as Crispus Allen
Crispus has always been a favorite character of mine in Gotham Central. I'd love to see James in the role.
Michelle Rodriguez as Renee Montoya
Without her, GCPD wouldn't be complete.
