FAN CAST II: Fantastic Four by JoshW

Crudup, Banks, Scott Porter, and Kevin Durand as the FF. I do love JDM as Ben too, though.

I like them all, except Bana as Galactus. I just don't think he fits that particular character. I think my choice would go to the Kurgan, Clancy Brown :)

But I can agree with all the others.

Brown is perfect for Galactus, I was hoping to be ther first to post that one. Or at least suggest it. My back up is Keith David

Blade4040: Cheers dude - Purcell would make one hell of a kick ass villain and I think that a character like the Super-Skrull is well suited to him! And a big hell yeah to January Jones! (and kudos to LEE for being the first, as far as I know, for suggesting her!)

DOGS: Thanks bud! I'm not familiar with Roday to be honest but he definitely looks the part - I'll have to check him out on YouTube! I'm having second thoughts about Jones now as well - maybe just his looks with some CGI and someone like Dennis Haysbert's voice perhaps!? I used to like Purcell for Venom or Master Man...however, looking at that picture above, it's not hard to imagine him as a skrull IMO, lol!

NightAvenger4: Thanks a lot man! :) My perfect FF line-up would be Crudup, Jones, Pine and Morgan! However, JDM is even more perfect for Hercules! I've liked him for that role for a while as well! Hell yeah to Fiennes!!!

HAWK: Lol, cool man! Looking forward to your FF cast - for some reason, my cast all seem to have gotten over the 20+ character mark recently! Once I've done my Astonishing X-Men cast, I'm going to take a little break and then work on the smaller ones like Blade and Elektra! :P

Yeaeh, with characters like Blade and Elektra you kinsa have to go with a small cast, not too many big supporting characters.

great choice for silver surfer. I really hope that they make a silver surfer movie. He was always my favorite growing up.

DOGS: Thanks for the info man - I've heard of Burn Notice and I've been meaning to check that show out for a while! I took a look at Roday on YouTube and I'd have to agree that he has the right look/personality for Johnny! Great idea man! :)

Stutzman: Thanks - a Silver Surfer movie would be pretty damned cool. However, as the rights belong to Fox, who in my opinion havent made a decent CBM yet, I'm pretty sure it would end up being mediocre unless Marvel Studios could get the rights back to the character! ;(

DDD: Thanks bud! :) I'm glad you like my Diablo pick - it took me a while to think that one up but I agree that Bardem would be a great fit for the character!

Mr. Fantastic: Crudup IS Reed Richards. But I can't see Laurie as Mr. Fantastic, he is too old, he'd make a kick-ass Lizard. I'd also like to see Nathan Fillion as Reed.

Invisible Woman: Jones and Banks would be good. But I prefer Melissa Sagemiller, she's a great actress (as proved in "Raising the Bar") and looks exactly like the character.

Human Torch: I know Evans was a great Human Torch, but I don't think he will play it again. Pine is a good choice, but Mike Vogel would be good too.

The Thing: I hope Fox (or hopefully Marvel Studios) choose Morgan. Mark Strong would be a different Thing, cool but different. If I could choose a Marvel character to be played by Strong, it'd be Doc Strange or Doc Doom (most likely Doc Strange, cause I don't like typecasting).

Franklin Richards: I was looking for someone to play this character and Gattlin seems to be the chosen one. You forgot to cast Valeria Richards, Franklins's sister, I picked Elle Fanning.

Alicia Masters: Bryce is one of my favorite actresses, but I think she'd be better as Syrin. As for Alicia, maybe Reese Witherspoon.

H.E.R.B.I.E: I totally agree with Levi for H.E.R.B.I.E., I've started watching "Chuck" last week, and I loved the show, now I'm supporting Strahovski as Ms. Marvel, Baldwin as Sandman and now Levi as H.E.R.B.I.E.

Silver Surfer: Fishburne was in the first F4 movies, so I don't think he'd want to play the Surfer again. I was thinking of Joe Fiennes.

Uatu: Jones would be great in many roles, but IMO, not Uatu. I was thinking of Woody Harrelson.

Mole Man: Cox would be great. But I prefer Michael Emerson.

Great cast Josh. I don't think there is any reason to recast The Human Torch if Evans is open to playing him again. I think he nailed the part.

LEE: Lol, thanks bud! :) JJ was the best casting choice you've ever made! GENIUS in fact!!! I might do another Daredevil cast and one or two more Spider-Man ones but that will be it for double castings, lol!

Forgot that you want Miller for US Agent! Matt Damon would probably be my top pick for that role! Glad you like my Lyja pick dude! She's better suited to that role than Ms. Marvel...that's reserved for Yvonne Strahovski! :P

Unfortunately, I think you're probably right about Laurie being a little too old to play Reed! I wouldnt mind seeing Fillion as Reed though either, great choice!

To be honest, I'm not familiar with Sagemiller as an actress but I have to agree with you that she most definitely looks the part!

Not a fan of Vogel to tell you the truth and as much as I'd like to see Evans return I now think I'd prefer to see a new actor (hopefully Pine!) in the role!

Strong is a great actor and his take on The Thing would most definitely be pretty unique...Morgan would definitely be my #1 choice though!

Glad you like my Franklin cast! As for Valeria, I think it's better if they focu on one kid to begin with but if they do include her then keep her as a baby or toddler! Your pick is great for a slightly older version!

Yeah, Chuck is an excellent show! Glad you too are supporting Strahovski for Ms. Marvel! Baldwin would make a great Sandman...I just wish he were a little shorter because he'd make a damned good Wolverine as well!

Big fan of Fiennes but he's my top pick for a slightly younger Magneto! As I've said above I'd use Jones/CGI for the characters look and someone else for the voice! (Dennis Haysbert maybe?) Great Mole Man pick!

Nimibro: Cheers dude! Very good choice with Spall! He's a fantastic actor and his role in the Harry Potter movies is actually pretty similar to Mole Man! I'd love to see the character and all of his underground monsters in an FF movie!

HAWKS: Thanks man! :) The reboot definitely needs to be a fresh start with a new cast but Evans is the only one who I'd want to see return as well - he was perfect as Johnny and was the only reason I forced myself to watch the sequel after the first awful movie!
