Keep the rights, use Thing instead of Hulk for the Old Man Logan film.

Make the FF/X-Men crossover with Apocalypse or Kang the Conqueror as the main villain.

*Give us more Olicity* - Arrow season 3 blows

*Give us the Batmobile!* - AK sucks

And now this? Look if fans had a one one-thousandth of a [frick]ing brain cell between the lot of them I'd give them more merit, but I'll be [frick]ed in the throat with a loaded shotgun where I've seen an example of listening to them ever working out for the better.

If they don't let the rights revert back then just reboot it again in a couple of years.

@CaptainAmerica

How would you explain Thing having a family if you substitute him with Hulk for the Old Man Logan storyline?

Let's face it. Fantastic Four is a cursed franchise. Now, the quality of the films could be due to the pressure of trying to keep the rights, but they could plain just be difficult to adapt. With Fan4stic I think it was the result of half assing it. Fox could just let the rights revert by itself or trade it for that X-Men tv show. Let Marvel try their best with it, and Fox can get their way with the show.
