The Green Hornet Buzzes Theaters in 2010

Seth Rogen's Green Hornet movie has been given the green light, and a release date has been set at June 25th, 2010.

Rogen is playing the lead as Britt Reid, the bored newspaper publisher by day, crimefighter by night. He and Evan Goldbert are writing the script, but no director has yet been attached, neither has sidekick Kato been cast--although rumor has it that Rogen favors Stephen Chow.

After Kevin Smith dropped the project a few years back, Seth Rogen became attachment to the project last year.
