HELLBOY: The First Trailer For The Reboot Has Leaked Online And It's Surprisingly Wacky

The first trailer for Hellboy starring David Harbour was shown at the New York Comic-Con last weekend and that's now leaked online! Surprisingly, it's crammed full of bloody action and goofy humour...

There's a fair bit of excitement surrounding the Hellboy reboot but whether or not this is going to convince fans that Neil Marshall can deliver a better version of the character than Guillermo Del Toro's two beloved movies is hard to say. The tone this reboot (which stars Stranger Things fan-favourite David Harbour) is going for actually appears to be very similar in nature to something like R.I.P.D.

The studio is probably hoping for its very own Deadpool, of course, and while it's possible that will be the case, this take on the character is clearly very different to what Guillermo Del Toro and Ron Perlman delivered. Plus, while it's clearly taking aim at an R-Rating, some fans have already found fault with the juvenile humour. That's subjective, though, and it may end up working for a lot of people.

This trailer will no doubt be taken down soon and there's no word on when the official version will land, so you'd best try and watch it while you can! In the meantime, share your thoughts down below.
