ARMY OF THE DEAD First Reactions Praise Netflix Zombie Movie As "Zack Snyder's Finest Work To Date"

Though full reviews are still under embargo (it lifts tomorrow), the first reactions to Zack Snyder's zombie heist movie Army of the Dead have hit Twitter, and they are very positive indeed.

We've learned to be a little wary of these initial social media takes at this stage (they are very rarely, if ever, negative), but it does sound like Snyder's return to the genre after his well-regarded Dawn of the Dead remake is a major success.

The movie's ensemble cast comes in for a lot of praise, as does the use of "bonkers" humor and several "terrifying" set pieces. One critic calls Army of the Dead "Zack Snyder's finest work to date."

Check out the reactions below.

Again, it's probably best not to put too much stock in these Tweets, as the full reviews are likely to be more... let's say balanced. Still, if Army of the Dead proves to be even half as entertaining as these reactions suggest, we should be in for a hell of a time when the movie hits Netflix on the 21st.
