Bruce Campbell Wants Next Film to be THE EXPENDABLES of Horror!

A dream come true for horror fans!

In a recent interview with MTV, Bill Campbell said he wanted his next film to be stacked to the gills with horror icons much like the Stallone film with 80's action stars.

Shooting for the follow up to MY NAME IS BRUCE, titled BRUCE VS. FRANKENSTEIN was originally slated to begin this fall during a break from USA’s “Burn Notice.” It has been pushed back because Campbell is making a “Burn Notice” spin-off movie about his Sam Axe character.

Aside from talking about the 30th anniversary release of EVILD EAD, Bruce didn't have too much to say except that at his age he doesn't expect he will be taking on the Ash role. As the years go by the hope diminishes. When asked how he will be able to go one on one with FRANKENSTEIN Campbell joked, "That’ll be my stuntman versus Frankenstein"

Bruce didn't say much about his slasher "Expendables," but at least it's in mind as a future film.

bruce was the ace in the hole in the spiderman trilogy. he would be the perfect mysterio like in ultimate spiderman. and if there will be a new evil dead film he HAS to play Ash again even for 5 minutes. just a little cameo. no one will be Ash after Bruce. do not recast him just make another character the protagonist of the new film. and if what he said is true and begins production i will jizz. a horror film featuring all the major horror actors? it is gonna be the shit ! and i am sure in the future there will be more expendables-type films for each film genre. the expendables of horror, of comedy, of drama, of sci fi and so on...i would like to see the expendables of porn though...

Denn1s@Dude These are some freakin great Ideas Man !

But I think for the Expendables of Drama would be kinda lame.

Also for the Expendables of Horror it should be 2 of them one the Heroes like Bruce and the other side the villains Like Robert Englund.

I don't think any celluloid could contain that amount of awesomeness. It would have to be the first digital formated film. My eyes would explode by sheer awesomeness
