Eisner who directed The Crazies will be directing Warp Graphics horror comic book into a feature film. The American comic book was one of the first books to be published weekly over a four week period. Created by Rickey Shanklin, Marc Hempel and Mark Wheatley who had previously created the acclaimed science fiction comic Mars for First Comics. Blood of the Innocent was their very first horror comic book together.

Blood of the Innocent is set in 1888 London and will pit Dracula against Jack the Ripper, so all you horror fans and comic book fans rejoice this could be something special. Eisner is attached to the remake of Escape From New York as well.

LEEE777 - Circle of Confusion producing and Bill Marsilii is on the script. Jack VS Drac eh...sounds very exciting, how about you?

By the way Breck Eisner’s remake of The Crazies wasn’t bad, really enjoyed that one, I personally think this could become one hell of a gem of a movie.

that blade clip is one of the greatest comic book movie scenes ever.

as good as nightcrawler in the white house scene from x-men 2.
