Pennywise The Clown Has Finally Been Spotted On The Set Of IT: CHAPTER 2 - SPOILERS

We've already seen members of the Losers' Club on the set of It: Chapter 2 but now Pennywise himself has been spotted but has he got a new look in the years which have passed since he first surfaced?

As you're no doubt already well aware, It: Chapter 2 will feature an adult version of the Losers' Club returning to Derry, Maine to take down Pennywise the Dancing Clown once and for all. While the first instalment mostly adhered to the source material, there were some notable changes but photos from the set of the movie have seemingly confirmed that we'll definitely see one scene from the books.

As you can see below, Bill Skarsgaard's demonic villain has been spotted hanging out with a statue of Paul Bunyan. In the book, he possessed that statue to terrorise Richie and took on the form of a werewolf and the witch from Hansel and Gretel to terrify some of the other adults. This scene appears to be at least a reference to that but it seems the Losers will have their work cut out stopping him.

The sequel is set to be released next year and we probably won't get a trailer for a while. Are you excited to see how things play out in It: Chapter 2? Let us know your thoughts in the usual place!

@dracula - ^ Yeah check out Castle Rock, it's awesome. Best Stephen King adaptation for television, and better than a lot of the movies.

@TheInsaneCipher - Need to check it out. So its not an adaption of any of his novels right? Its just set in the world of his novels. So do characters from his novels ever show up

@dracula - Not so far. But they probably will. The charecters definitely exist at least. Some are referenced heavily. Nearly every single stephen king work more or less happened in it.

@TheInsaneCipher - heard Bill Skarsgard is in it. Probably no chance of him playing Pennywise for an episode or two on the show. Pretty sure there would be legal trouble do to the movies

@dracula - I would say bills character is far more terrifying and more dangerous that pennywise.

The producers are really angry that these pictures have leaked. Apperantly, someone infiltrated the set.

I'm really excited for this movie. Can't wait to see how the adult cast plays the fear when they see Pennywise again after all these years.

I wasn't expecting the first one to be this good. Not The Descent 1 and 2 good, but very good. Honestly, the scenes involving Pennywise were the only disappointing thing about the movie. The kids and their lives, their friendship, was amazingly portrayed. I really rooted for them, and if you think about it, the most horrific monster in the movie was their families. Their parents were all psychos. Great movie, disappointing villain.

I'm really excited about this sequel, and I hope Andy Muschietti does something interesting afterwards. Maybe a CBM!

@JizzerTron - thank you!! They just had this idea that more was better, and it ended up being pretty lame. Tim Curry was definitely more the stuff of nightmares

@LEVITIKUZ - This...he trolled the main characters. Where as bills mutilated and tormented them.

@Subtlespammer24 - I think the stripped down version of the mini-series instead of the "jump scare" version of the reboot, which in all fairness was evidently more book-accurate, was scarier to me. I thought Scarsgaard's Pennywise was pretty comical and not very scary in most scenes except when he was folded up in the refridgerator. That was disturbing. The kids were great though.

I laughed through the entire first part so I can’t wait to see part 2. I’m not hating I truly enjoyed part 1, it was just more of a comedy to me. The cast was amazing!!!
