@leeholland: Nah. Selene was able to stay out in the sunlight because she drank the blood of the true immortal, who was the father of the first vampire and werewolf. And Michael was just a vampire/werewolf hybrid.

This should be good though. All the Underworld movie were very good.

Im big into the whole werewolf lore but this franchise should lie down and die somewhere. IMO. and Kate B is a goddess, but opinions vary.

@Oscuro. I don't know who BryanFerryfan is and I really don't know Intruder all that well. But, who the hell are you to insult Shaman, he's done more for this website than 90% of the people on here. I've never even heard your name. Shaman, is a well respected and highly intelligent, long contributing member of this site. He's been around longer than the majority of us, anything he says, negative or not, he says because it is true. People don't take kindly to the insulting of their peers, and Shaman is the best of the best. So watch your mouth, and respect your predecessors.

@BryanFerryFan. What the hell are you complaining about. This is a comic book movie site. We discuss, people [female dog], people whine, people complain. They also cheer, review, and socialize. You can't always have good. Sure, it's a lot more than it used to be, but there's a lot more movies to talk about now.

@Everyone. Lets just enjoy the conversations, and respect peoples opinions, discussions and arguments are always good. But what's the point of the insults, and straight unnecessary vulgarity. I'm no prude, but a lot of you are downright ridiculous with this stuff.

I love the Underworld films simply for how much they manage to deliver under such ridiculously small budgets as well as their creative imagery. But adding a forth movie feels a little tacked on and pretty unnecessary.

I'll watch it out of interest and hope they prove me wrong (Please) but if this flick sans Scott Speedman just to be a Kate Beckinsale fest of contrived action scenes like those Resident Evil or Alien movies did with Ripley, then I'm bailing. The other movies were heavily character driven and had a great sense of history at its foundation. Loose that and you've made yet another Hollywood action film for knuckle-draggers.

Why would Selene be in a coma for 15 years?
