At the end of
Avengers: Endgame, The Hulk used the Nano Gauntlet to bring back those Thanos killed in
Avengers: Infinity War. However, he was badly injured in the process and the Jade Giant's future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is now unclear (chances are he'll appear in
She-Hulk given Jennifer Walters' origin story, but time will tell on that front).
Mark Ruffalo recently attended the Tokyo Comic-Con and reiterated that he's met with Marvel Studios to discuss where things go next on the big (or small?) screen for the Green Goliath.
"Kevin Feige just asked me last week if I had any more ideas or stories for the Hulk," Ruffalo said. "And I said, 'Yeah, I think there’s still some stories to tell.' And he said, ‘Well why don’t you come in and tell me about them and we’ll see if we can find a place for you in the Marvel Universe?’"
When one fan suggested that his next big screen appearance could involve The Hulk squaring off with the new Wolverine, the actor added: "Hulk vs. Wolverine. I'd like to see that."
This isn't the first time that Ruffalo has expressed interest in his character battling Logan, and considering the fact that Wolverine was introduced as a Hulk villain in the comic books, it would be amazing to see the same thing play out on the big screen.
