IRONHEART: Jaw-Dropping Fan-Art Brings Riri Williams Into The Marvel Cinematic Universe

There continue to be rumblings that Ironheart is set to make her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in the not too distant future, and this amazing fan-art shows what she could look like in live-action...

Iron Man made the ultimate sacrifice in Avengers: Endgame when he used the Infinity Stones to put an end to Thanos once and for all. With Robert Downey Jr.'s time as the Armoured Avenger now at an end, fans are curious about whether someone else could take on the mantle, and Ironheart's name is one we keep hearing come up again and again.

There are already rumours that Riri Williams is getting her own Disney+ TV series, and while there are conflicting opinions about whether it should be Riri or Morgan Stark beneath the helmet, this is definitely a character who could have a lot of potential in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Now, thanks to artist Raf Grassetti (who previously shared some artwork showing what he thinks Nova could look like on the big screen), we have some amazing fan-art depicting a "live-action" Ironheart.

The character looks phenomenal, and would definitely work on screen. Ironheart has donned a number of costumes during her short tenure in the Marvel Universe, but this is a good look for the hero. Whether it will happen remains to be seen, as that show is only rumoured to be in the works.

What do you guys think about this take on Ironheart?

I can dig it.
The question is, when (not if) they bit the bullet of a MCU Ironheart, will it be Riri or will they go with Morgan? Or maybe they'll do both with Riri as Ironheart and a grown up Morgan as Rescue in a female armored-up buddy-cop sorta thing like IM and WM?.....you know what, I actually like that idea the best.

@Spidey91 - I doubt we'll see Ironheart anytime soon, considering we already have seen Morgan, Peter Parker and Harley Keener being established as Iron Man mentees

@MalseMarcel - I doubt we see anything Iron Man related anytime soon besides War Machine; and even he may be retired.

Not sure how I would feel about this... MCU Spidey has kinda taken the role of Ironheart already so I think it would be too similar. I would like to see more of War Machine though

Yes, but he's on his way back to being exclusively for Sony. There's always room for an Ironheart character. Especially considering how many of the original MCU characters are stepping away. I see absolutely no reason not to bring a character like this to the big or small screen.

@Humperdink -

Or to put it another way, Marvel knows what they are doing. She'll come when they're ready and they'll do it right. No need to second guess them at this point. Rumors have it that they're already working on the Disney+ show.

I agree though about War Machine, I'd definitely want a War Machine show.

There are so many Marvel characters. I’m in no rush to see a new Iron Man anytime soon

Cool design. But how does anyone think Morgan is being set up as a new Iron Man? She's literally a five-year old child. She's not going to be a superhero any time soon. Harley is irrelevent. And Riri and Peter couldn't be more different.

They clearly are building to a Young Avengers team, and it makes sense for Riri to be there. She's a cool character, and it will be fun to watch certain online reactionaries lose their minds.
