"I think they're practicing jumps pre-shooting," said Jetport Director Howie Franklin. "They did some practices yesterday too. They'll keep an eye on things as they go along, because when the winds are higher than 18 or 20 knots, they don't like to jump."

"The exciting thing for me this time is that the Oak Island beach will be in the movie," he said. "Just like most people around here, we like the excitement of it."

Gary Sheppard, of Oak Island, said he doesn't know much about the "Iron Man" franchise, but wouldn't mind seeing some stunts. "I heard they're supposed to be out here filming stunts in the air for about two weeks, but none of us know any other specifics, they won't tell anyone," he said. "I'm here everyday already, so if something's going on, I'll check it out."- Star News

The chick that iron mans holding has eight people hanging from her hand. thats like over 1000 lbs. i know this movies going to be awesome but theres no way that she could carry all of those people while flying through the air.

hulagen ... i don't think it's the weight ... i think its how they are each able to maintain their grip. not likely.

There better be a plausible explanation for how all those people can hang on to each other!

If he can controll his armour through his mind maybe it breaks off to secure each person to the one hanging off? Probably some kind of cgi to get this to make sense

G-l-o-r-i-o-u-s-!

Not like you would think. No silk, manicured nails, pampered hair, etc. They first showed his hands with the ten rings and then the camera zoomed out to reveal him looking like a dirty, pissed off monk/saint. What I mean by that is his robe was plain and bulky and his hair wild. The sides of his head were shaved and the rest was long braided into some kind of ponytail. When the camera zoomed it out he was in some kind of dark room with a throne like chair which he sat in. All the while his voice (very haunting by the way) was narrating the footage of Tony Starks Malibu home being destroyed by gunfire and sliding into the ocean. Tony luckily is wearing his armor when this happens and falls with the rest of the rubble to the bottom of the ocean.

I guess this is one of those things where you have to see the finished product. Something was telling me this is going to be the best Iron Man yet. I'll stay away from set footage so I can maintain that outlook.

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Be patient. I saw the footage at Comic-Con, and it's gonna knock your socks off! Mandarin looks kick ass, although we only got a brief look, a little more than we all saw of Thanos in Avengers. Another bit of perfect casting by Marvel.

The action they had prepared was stupendous. They showed it two times so we got a pretty good look of Tony and Pepper, the California house getting pulverized while they were inside the house, the Iron Man armor flying onto Tony one piece at a time, and the Mandarin's rings and face.

...and they only had a few weeks to get this footage prepared. It will be worth the wait, and I don't think it will be bad at all.

Puyguy is really trying to state he doesn't like IM movies. Good! We got it! Thanks!

I'm really thinking this scene will be a funny one, featuring a bad idea from Tony, ahhaha.

Man, Shane Black on the case and Mandarin confirmed? CBMs are torture with their anticipation-inducing production start, but a lot of times it's not what it seems. But I can't shake it, I think this is going to be different from the Fav joints in a major way. Just don't know why exactly. I guess I'm anticipating Shane creating an entirely different tone and atmosphere from the previous films. Hope I'm not setting myself up.
