The finishing touches to Marvel's Iron Man 2 are being put in place for it's May release.

John Debney, whose composing credits include The Passion of the Christ, Elf and Sin City, is hard at work polishing off the Iron Man 2 score. He recently sent these updates to his Twitter account and included a picture that shows a weary Jon Favreau squeezing in a nap:

Has anyone else noticed that in the 1st film, Tony talked about a "girl" Jim slept with during spring break and "her" name was Ivan? Also, the Raptors were "Whiplash 1" and "Whiplash 2". Just saying.

Also, DAMMIT. I really liked the guy that did the score to the first film, I don't want this other guy!
I suppose it is a somewhat mild complaint, but still. That really bothers me...

I would never want to do this but I will only do this a few times cause I think most people will like what I am about to post. My dad sells cool marvel and dc womens t shirts on ebay if you want you can go check them out by going to ebay and typing click on stores and typing in cottnstuff. Go check them out there cool gift for your daughter, girlfriend, friend or wife. Again Im sorry but i think most of you will like them because they are very cool and Im sure you will agree.

why debney? passion of the christ score was great but i absolutely loved the ramin djawandi (not sure about the spelling) score for the first IM
