So I'm not the biggest Nick Fury fan, but i think it would be cool if they made a Origin movie about him! and if done this i feel would be the perfect cast!

CHADWICK BOSEMAN - (young) NICK FURY
Chadwick was in a film based in the 40's (or earlier) called "42" And when i saw that movie i was like, This kid has to be in a super-hero film! and when i put things together i was like, "Dude.. he's totally a young Nick Fury" He's a great actor, all I'm saying is watch "42"!
SAMUEL L. JACKSON - NICK FURY
Now i don't want this to be Samuel L. Jackson's movie (read me?) i want him to be in the beginning, ending.. and maybe is telling this story to someone? or thinking back on it? But i do what him in it, just not as much as (young Nick Fury)
JOHN SLATTERY , DOMINIC COOPER - HOWARD STARK
Now, I'd really want John Slattery playing Howard Stark, he does happen to have grey hair! but why not dye it for the film? but if you're really that paranoid he looks old, Then why not Dominic Cooper? but personally i love John as an actor!
NEAL MCDONOUGH - DUM DUM DUGAN
Maybe works with (young) Nick Fury, finds him as a n00b? But slowly starts to like him, and counts him as a part of the team!
TOMMY LEE JONES - COLONEL CHESTER PHILLIPS
So what i could see is like, Colonel Phillips meets Nick Fury and finds him extraordinary, and see's the perfect soldier in him, and is pretty much the only guy who likes him (that's surprising for Colonel Phillips, its hard to please that guy!)
DAVID MORRISSEY - Thaddeus"Thunderbolt"Ross (Later in life General Ross)
In the Incredible Hulk, General Ross tells Emil Blosnky about "the Super Soldier Project" so why not include him in the film, like he knew about it first hand! and has a supporting role in the film. David Morrissey has portrayed a army vibe before, and i feel like he'd do great!
CAPTAIN AMERICA / STEVE ROGERS
Although he would never be shown in the movie, maybe at parts mention him, the great soldier he was, and pictures.. stuff like that!
READ : OVERALL - Whoever else could be in this movie! based in the 1940's, and goes from being boxer to the army, and not until the end finds out about a Agency being put together named S.H.I.E.L.D and is told they want him to help form it, Loses his eye towards the end of the film in a battle also! LATER ON, He wears a trench-coast kind of resembling the Sam Jackson Nick Fury
LAST, But not least.. Maybe end the film the way Captain America ended, where steve rogers runs into Time Square, or just have that apart of the story while Nick Fury is talking about his young life.
