I liked the first 2 films. And i thought the 2nd one was better then the 1st one but i do have to say this one was only abit better then the 2nd one. After seeing it two other movies came to mind, Pirates of the Caribean, and Clash of the Titans. While the story of a magical green fog wasnt to awfully scary what it produced could be seen as scary. The water serpent was the high light of the film and hopefully the director for the next Titans film takes notice cuz this serpent out did that Kraken. One other highlight was the scenes with the Dragon. I know we have all seen the scenes with the dragon in Harry Potter, and even Dragon Heart but i felt this Dragon was more life like then just a cgi made Dragon. Aside from the beautiful scenery and the cgi work i mentioned i would only give it a 3 out of 5 stars. Dont get me wrong i liked it, but it wasnt something i was waiting to be released like Star Wars ep1 or Thor. I was suprised to hear after seeing it that Disney let the movie series go and Fox now has it. Maybe that is also why some things were changed from the story of the book to the script. I can say i felt the charcters stayed true to the 2 prior films. While i remember this also there was no Thor trailer attached to this film either.
