The web series will be directed by Chris Marrs Piliero (who has previously worked on music videos for the likes of Ariana Grande, Ke$ha and the Black Keys), and produced by Helbig and Hart and their managers Ken Treusch and Sarah Weichel, along with Contradiction Films’ Tim Carter and Tomas Harlan (Dead Rising: Watchtower, Mortal Kombat: Legacy).

I used to love watching The Krofft Superstars on Saturday morning back in the 70s. Far Out Space Nuts, Sigmund and the Seamonsters, Lost Saucer, Land of the Lost!! I am totally down for som EW&DG!! Hope they use the original theme song, that was badass!!

What's a youtube star? Is that the same as reality tv star? So this was conceived as second rate entertainment. They threw in the towel at the start amd didn't bother to look for real actors.
