The great Stan Lee wants to put fears to rest that Disney's takeover of Marvel Entertainment Inc. will be disastrous for the comic book kingpin and its fans. Lee says that the core young male audience has nothing to worry about.

Lee, who was recently interviewed by Reuters, said that "to me, becoming 'Disneyfied' is not a bad thing. I mean look at (Disney) movies like 'Pirates of the Caribbean."

Stan Lee, who is currently Marvel's Chairman Emeritus, also happens to be one of the co-founders of the media production company called POW! Entertainment, which also happens to have a business partnership with Disney.

"Disney knows how to do movies. They know how to do colorful characters and I think the fans, if they think about it, they're going to love it," Lee said.
