Christian Bale has reportedly begun adding muscle for his role as Batman in the upcoming Batman: Intimidation movie. Press photos of Bale from his screening of indy film The Machinist at Sundance this weekend indicate his workouts have definitely increased in intensity.
Meanwhile, Laurence Fishburne (Orpheus from The Matrix) is reportedly up for the recurring role of Lucius Fox, Wayne Enterprises’ chief operating officer. And director Chris Nolan reportedly won’t take ‘No’ for an answer from Chris Cooper for the role of Commissioner Gordon.
And filming continues at the Cardington Airship Hangers outside of London. The Bedford and Times Citizen reports Warner Bros. production team wants to build a temporary car park for about 200 cars. The massive hangers will store the "city sets" from the film.
