Earlier this week, J.J. Abrams decided to thank everyone for helping to raise over $5 million for Unicef by tweeting a note that included the image of a Star Wars VII mechanical hand. And now, badassdigest.com claims that the hand belongs to "a main Inquistor villain." Sadly, they don't know the actual name of this main villain, yet. Though, they do have a description: "He wears a black robe. His eyes are deep red. And half of his face is metal. He's a cyborg. That was his hand in the picture JJ Abrams shared with the note about A Force For Change."

Badass Digest have also provided some additional information regarding Harrison Ford's Han Solo and Oscar Isaac's character. Their sources have informed them that Han and Chewie will be "piloting a Super Star Destroyer." And who is piloting the Millennium Falcon? Oscar Isaac's character will be. He is being described as "the Lando Calrissian of this movie - all the way down to wearing a cape.
"There are other familiar spaceships in this movie, incuding three variations on TIE Fighters. There's the classic design, the TIE Interceptor and a new generation TIE Bomber - the pods on these are stacked, not side-by-side.

Oh, and back to Han - you will get to see him use a lightsaber once again." - Badass Digest

Star Wars: Episode VII - Actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, David Oyelowow, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o and Gwendoline Christie will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in the new film. It's being directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan and Abrams. Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk are producing, and John Williams returns as the composer. The movie opens worldwide on December 18, 2015.

It would be funny if this all turned out to be false.

Interesting, I guess. I'm just hoping we don't get massive lightsaber battles, keep the fight scenes short and meaningful like the original trilogy.

Wait a minute, this sounds very similar to Count Vidian from the A New Dawn novel

I'd laugh so hard if every rumor that news outlets are getting from Episode 7 are actually for Rebels

Why would anyone want to know this? I'm not reading it, but color me crazy for wanting to be surprised.

Not sure about these movies. Really wanted Thrawn but oh well. Maybe we will get the Noghri though, that would be cool.

With all these rumors, I'm wondering if we'll get another note from J.J saying

"Everyone just calm the [frick] down, alright!?" placed right beside a Red lightsaber.

It really seems like the shelter’s blowing off of this project with all the leaked stuff lately. I do have to say, I’m a fan of the StormTrooper helmets (if they’re real)

The whole thing about Han and Chewbacca having a Super Star Destroyer made me drool.

If this is legit, it would be beyond cool.

I guess everyone was wrong about it being Luke's hand.

Badass Digest needs to change their name to Talking-out-of-our-Ass Digest. Sad that this site just perpetuates their bull.

I'm happy they are not using EU novels. I want something new for this trilogy. It will be interesting to see if they pull anything from the Clone Wars cartoon since that is part of canon now. I actually quite enjoyed that series and liked how a lot of the things were fleshed out.
