JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM LEGO Sets May Shed Some Light On What To Expect From The Movie
The first wave of LEGO sets for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom have been revealed but what do they tell us about the sequel? Quite a bit potentially, so hit the jump to check them out. Spoilers follow!
Unlike Solo: A Star Wars Story, we've actually seen a trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom before the LEGO sets have shown up online but these may still shed some light on the upcoming sequel.
We've delved into those details in the gallery below where you can see these very cool sets and what's contained within them. While common sense tells us that we shouldn't take toys like this too seriously, it appears as if Owen and Claire will also be attempting to rescue eggs from the island alongside the dinosaurs. The question is, what will ultimately become of those once they hatch? Time will tell.
It is, however, possible that a third instalment of the franchise will feature the dinos causing havoc in our world, something the Jurassic Park movies only briefly touched on. What do you think?
Jurassic World: Blue's Helicopter Pursuit
Well, Owen is clearly going to be reunited with Blue in this movie because this LEGO set appears to show him attempting to evacuate Isla Nublar's dinosaurs before the volcano erupts and wipes them all out. Interestingly, we also see an egg here, so there's a very good chance that his Velociraptor pal could be a mother now. That's going to make things very interesting when they're reunited, that's for sure.
For more from this set and the others which have been revealed, keep reading to check them out.
Jurassic World: T-Rex Breakout
This set is clearly aimed at younger fans but it still sheds at least a little light on what to expect in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. As you can see, it looks like Claire will be tasked with retrieving the island's T. Rex and that's going to involve an epic chase which may or may not take us back through the theme park's gates. Note that eggs again come into play, so don't be surprised if that's a huge plot point.
Jurassic World: T. Rex Tower
This one reveals absolutely nothing about the movie but if you're hoping to get your kids interested in the Jurassic World franchise, this could be a good place to start! Yes, that orange dino really is a T. Rex!
