Nineteen years after the formation of the Empire, Luke Skywalker is thrust into the struggle of the Rebel Alliance when he meets Obi-Wan Kenobi, who has lived for years in seclusion on the desert planet of Tatooine. Obi-Wan begins Luke's Jedi training as Luke joins him on a daring mission to rescue the beautiful Rebel leader Princess Leia from the clutches of the evil Empire. Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope was originally advertised. Why Lucasfilm (who are obviously owned by Disney) have chosen to re-release it now is anyone's guess, but one can only hope that it may be leading to some sort of teaser reveal for
Star Wars Episode VII! Watching this may also make you wish that the original trilogy had indeed been brought back to the big screen, even if it had been in converted 3D.
