Joss Whedon, Mark Strong, Mila Kunis & Many More Talk STAR WARS EPISODE VII

Total Film have compiled a video featuring 17 actors and directors discussing Disney's upcoming Star Wars movies. They talk about a variety of aspects, but of course are mainly quizzed on whether they'd be interested in being involved in some capacity..

This vid will be a must watch for any Star Wars fan, as Total Film have been compiling footage of every star they've met over the last few months being asked about the new batch of movies. Those stars include Ewan McGregor, Mila Kunis, Mark Strong, Michelle Williams, Joss Whedon, Eli Roth and Bryan Singer. Most of them express interest in one way or another of course, except for Jason Statham! The action-star says he's not a big fan of sci-fi, and although he'd take a look at the role offered, he'd be sure it'd be "something stupid". When can we expect The Expendables 3 then Jay?

I think my favorite has to be Eli Roth revealing he'd probably make a Lobot movie, and sit through a feature length film about The Sarlaac. I don't think you'd be alone there dude.

I think one of the funniest moments in sci fi movie histroy was Jason Statham trying to explain parallel universes to Jet Li's character.

So I guess that means No Statham for Rocket Racoon then. lol

No goddamn celebrities or flavour-of-the-month actors/actresses for the new StarWars. Serious actors only.
Mark Strong is talented and can pull off great performances as is or under prosthetics (eg: Sinestro).
Celebrity-actors - The original and best trilogy didn't need them, the new films don't either.

Hey Jason Statham, how bout you keep starring in your shitty wanna be kung fu movies and shut the hell up? Who the hell would want you stinking up a Star Wars film anyway? First you bad mouth CBM, now Star Wars? You suck dude. Here's some gifs just for you Statham.

Now go star in the Expendables 3 and keep your trap shut.

Jason Statham plays the same character in every movie. He didn't even up his game in Expendables when he was side by side with Mickey Rourke. Even Stallone came out of Expendables smelling like a rose.

@CoulsonLives, Cap dies, and the best super-soldier special effects will still be Blonsky from The Incredible Hulk. Tragic.

I can see Strong as a Sith Lord.Id rather have John Noble cast but either would be fine. As for Statham...[frick] you. Nobody wants you in Star Wars you bald headed [frick].Id rather have someone who CAN act.

Well we know Whedon loved the prequels, he ripped off the Phantom Menace ending for The Avengers

Wow, what a great writer he his....

ndwwrestler2 - 3/13/2013, 4:19 AM
@Azazel1 What are you talking about? I've seen both the Phantom Menace and Avengers multiple times, I don't see any similarities with the endings.

So what if Whedon likes the prequels, that doesn't make him a bad writer, that just means he has different taste in movies then you do.

@Pooh That awkward moment where Blonsky in human form, puts up a better fight then Loki.

Hopefully in the new Cap Movie, we will see Cap like Blonsky in some form.
