*I love The Rock. I [frick]ing love Tom Cruise. This is in no way a detriment to them."*

Anyone see a theory saying he could stay in the MCU as Ben Reilly?

I may not have loved everything about the TASM series but I always really liked Andre Garfield. He seemed to have such a passion for the character and the fans that is infectious

Andrew Garfield is fricking awesome and deserved better in his Spidey films. It had some great moments, but writing and studio interference really screwed it up imo.

@Menks123

Absolutely. Would be my favorite Spider-Man had it not been for his movies shortcomings.

He's without question the best Spider-Man. Tobey had the best movies, Tom gets to play in the Marvel sandbox, but Garfield was the best version of the character. Sadly, he got saddled with the worst movies.

What, no playful "SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME S̶t̶a̶r̶ Andrew Garfield" headline, Josh? 😛

It's interesting. He is probably less affected by this than any of the Spider-men. His spidey movies aren't as widely recognized by the audience at large. He kinda has that 'middle child" thing going. Also, he made a pretty decent splash before and after Spider-Man. Tobey was never able to really shake it, and Tom's post spidey career remains to be seen. I guess we will see with Uncharted, but so far, his non spidey roles aren't all that huge. Andrew should be able to navigate through that pigeonholed position more than any of them.

He’s like the Heorge Lazenby is Spidermen, except he’s like the best actor out of the 3 of them. It’s like if Lazenby started the Bond franchise and Connery came in after and only did the one movie and disappeared.

@micvalpro - Connery in On Her Majesty's Secret Service would've been great
