First SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME Merchandise Puts The Wall-Crawler Front And Center

We're still waiting for the first Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer to be released but the first merchandise for the Marvel Studios movie has been spotted out in the wild and you can see it here...

The first Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer premiered at a Brazillian Comic-Con last month but it still hasn't been officially released by Sony Pictures. That's despite rumours it was coming just days after our first look at Avengers: Endgame so who knows what's happening, especially as the most logical place for it to be shown would have been in front of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Regardless, one eagle-eyed fan has now spotted some merchandise for the sequel out in the world and, as you can see, Spidey is put front and centre in the costume he wore in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

It remains to be seen whether or not the new red and black suit and the S.H.I.E.L.D. stealth outfit will fit into the movie's marketing campaign but as both have been put on display by Sony, it's clear that they're not exactly being kept a secret at this point in time!

There's a lot of excitement surrounding Spider-Man: Far From Home despite very little being known about it. Will Mysterio really be a hero? How will this story tie into the events of Avengers: Endgame? With any luck, answers to those questions are coming soon.

His new suit sucks balls compared to the og stark suit. At least its real unlike the Iron Spider.

@Saga - yeah. I dont get all the praise for the new mcu suits in comparison considering the older suits are straight put of the comics faithful and thats without overlaying cgi.

@Saga - I don't like it either.

I don't like the black (too reminiscent of the Miles suit), and the white spider on the back.

I wouldn't have minded if they took the new format of red-black segments but just kept the bright blue.

I think the bright blue just makes hims stand out from most other superheroe costumes.

@StormXmen123 - his suit in the first few issues of original comics was black and red, so I don’t mind. Plus the Spider-Man 2 suit was practically red and black for that reason.

@Saga - The tailoring on the new suit is far superior to the original, but that's about it. This might be the first time where they don't turn him into a video game character. I watched the ferry scene from Homecoming again and he's literally CGI during the entire scene.

Not only does it look like shit, but it probably cost them more money to go the lazy "we'll fix it in post" approach than to just craft a well-tailored suit from the start like Raimi, Webb, and practically every other comic book movie.

I wonder if Mysterio's use of holograms will help Spider-Man fine tune his spider-sense.

@DVonShakari - would be a great way to do it! They even mentioned that mysterio helps grow spidey a little bit as a hero and a man

This movie better be incredible. It's ridiculous that an animated Sony movie like Spider-Verse is much better and rewatchable than Homecoming.

Why did this guy have to fail so hard at filming it?
